The service from beginning to end was seamless and very professional. The installers were very experienced, and cleaned up so nicely after the job. I am so excited, getting so many compliments from friends and family on my new bedroom carpet!

Sales staff was initially very helpful, but the ordering process took three phone calls causing delays when I had stated up front that I was trying to move quickly on this project so I could move into a new condo.  The more problematic part was the installation process.  The installation crew did a nice job with the new carpet, but left the old carpet on my porch and then when a crew returned to remove the trash/excess they left a mess in the common areas, hallways and elevator of my building and were unapologetic for it.  Perhaps this is standard operating procedure, but having to clean up behind this crew was not part of my expectation of removal.

Because the stairs were winding, the carpet had to be custom cut and installed. The installer was not aware of the situation until he arrived. Once he saw what needed to be done, he called another person to come help with the installation. This person was over in very short order and the job was finished on time.

They picked up the rug and padding which was to be resized. The delivery was the problem. The drivers showed up without the pad and insisted that the order filled out by the salesperson did not indicated pad was to be returned or the rug installed, then they left. Later the sales person insisted that the pad had been on the truck all along. She promised to call back with a redelivery time but did not. Tracked her down again (nobody there seems to work after lunch) and scheduled the delivery again. They showed up to drop off the pad but would not install the rug. I got the scheduler on the phone who said despite the sales person previous representation, they would not install the rug without a $160 fee. She didn't the misinformation the sales person gave b/c 1) she had to leave early the day before and 2) she hadn't read the paperwork when she rescheduled the redelivery and didn't know it was a re-cut of a previously purchased rug. Referred me to mgr who was gone for day at 3.

EXCELLENT VARIETY OF CARPETS, CHEAP TO HIGH END. WAY BETTER SERVICE THAN ANOTHER COMPANY FOR ONLY A FEW DOLLARS MORE! THEY ALSO CUT AND BOUND THE EXTRA CARPET INTO ROUNDS AND MATS, NO CHARGE.
