I called PRPlumbing - not the number listed above - 847-696-7559. They came out same day and replaced the pipe. The price they quoted (for first hour of labor) was very close to the actual cost. It was a fair price and what I was expecting to pay.

They had to come back out and fix something, but they didn't charge us for that. It wasn't the installation's fault it was the product's fault. They were available when we needed someone to come out quickly. They did a good job and they've been responsive since they installed the product.
