They are always here on time and always responsive to things I need done around the house. If I need them to do a special area more than once or maybe check for rodent entry or things like that, they are always available to do what I need done. If I call them to come out and it is not their normal time to look for something, they come out and it is still part of the service. They are quite good at what they do and have offered other services to me, but they don't get pushy with sales. They will offer but not push it on me. All in all they have done a really good job with the rodent and insect problems I had. They have taken care of it and I would definitely use again.

It is always almost an A. They do a good job. They show up and call in advance.  They are very responsive to questions when they are out here. Every once in a while there will be a schedule mix up but overall, I would give them an A. They are a little pricey. For responsiveness, sometimes it is a little hard to get a hold of the right person over there. They do a very good job and they are very professional. They are very responsive to any specific issue you have. A lot of what they do is preventative but if you had something very specific like if you had a mouse or bugs, they are very responsive to dealing with those specific issues. There is a lot of peace of mind that comes with using them. They are very good about explaining what they are doing to you, answering your questions and making you feel that they are taking care of you.

They got rid of the ants. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to buy a contract though. I could have bought one application, but it would have been expensive. I had to buy I contract, we felt one application would not have been enough. I was also concerned with all the chemicals they were using. The did a very good job overall, but my only concern I had was the chemicals. Other than that I would recommend them to others.

They were not able to get rid of the bed bugs. They are refunding me half of my money. I thought the price was outrageous. They did not always come when they said they would. They did not always call either. The technician was not rude. They are good with ants and such, but not bed bugs. I would use them for other pests.

I give them an "A" overall and I will continue to use them in the future.

We tried an old green, non toxic, hug mother earth product in the past, and it just didn't work.  We had to have them back two or three times and it just didn't work, so we went to Orkin.  Orkin does a good job, and they are nice guys. Best of all their product works!  However, I think they are a little pricey.  They give me a time window, and show up.

We haven't had any problems until recently.  We used them a couple years ago and haven't had to call them back. They have been really effective and they have always done a good job.

ORKIN's products work. they have eliminated numerous pests from my house. they are hard working and know what they are doing. i will continue to use them in the future.

Some neighbors in our condo complex noticed ants going into the building through the mortar on the bricks (building is only 10 years old) so we called Orkin to come out and take care of this potential problem. First of all, it took three days for them to return my call. And then I learned that Orkin will not come out and "Solve a Problem" they will only work with you if you sign-up for an on-going monthly program. So we went to Home Depot, bought a couple of containers of ant powder and voila, problem solved. Should we ever have a situation with a serious ongoing infestation of some kind, we would probably call Orkin and do the monthly contract -- but not for a single, isolated problem -- that is overkill.

They were fine. We had a yearly program with them and they got the job done. The price was fair.

They were very thorough and they exterminated every nook and cranny of my old building. They explained what they did. I have four pets, so I had many questions about the toxicity and the nature of the pesticides that they used. They answered all my questions. They followed me around through the three floors and the basement. They were very good at explaining what they could do in addition to the regular procedure that they had scheduled. They helped me understand certain details of the pests that were being exterminated, such as, eliminating the entry points for the pests and humidity control. They were very clear in what they were doing. They also provided us with the hand out information, online reference materials and a direct phone number of the agent in our area.

I have been very happy with their work. They come every year and two months. The servicemen that have come out here over the years have been very nice and thorough.

I scheduled an inspection of our guest bedroom by the Orkin sales rep. The rep described the best course of action and told us about Orkin's 30 day guarantee on the spraying. I had to probe our consultant regarding whether the bugs would come back after treatment since we live in a building where one of our neighbors also experienced bed bugs, but refused extermination. Both the sales rep. and the exterminator that came the following week were professional and punctual. Although both times they gave me a 2-3 hour window, they arrived at the top of the hour which was great. The exterminator told us that we had to stay out of the guest bedroom for 3 hours while everything dried but the odor dissipated after a day or two. It took the exterminator about 30-45 minutes (total) to complete the job in our guest bedroom where he sprayed inside the drawers in the dresser and sprayed/steamed the bed frame and end table drawer.

I actually have them do this every month for me and I am very pleased with them. They did a very good job last time and everything went fine. They seem to be very professional, too. If I have any problems in the meantime, they will come back out and take care of it for me. The charge is also very reasonable I think.

When the weather starts to change from hot to cooler, the centipedes want to come in. The powder that they use is pet and people safe, so that is why I have them back every year.

Very polite service people. My problem with this organization is that it's prices have been increased repeatedly and it is now unreasonably expensive. Also, regular maintenance does not typically include ant baiting but they will come back to do that if desired.

My experience with Orkin has depended on the technician servicing my house. One had the habit of giving less than 24 hours notice, only being available during off hours (before 7am was his favorite), and getting upset when you didn't receive his message. However, my present technician, Miguel, is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and does a great thorough job. A previous technician was also good so two out of three isn't bad. Annual service contracts are required, but there is room for negotiation on the sign up charge and monthly fees. The service is effective, though significant problems were eliminated within two months. They'll also come in for follow-ups in between normal service visits for free. Not cheap, but it's worth it.

They came and sprayed for silverfish. It did not make a difference. They came and sprayed again. The silverfish are still here. To date, they have not billed us. I will be looking for another exterminator.

I've used Orkin a number of times to treat centipedes and other on going issues in my building. Each time they have been highly professional and prompt in their service, and the bugs do go away temporarily. I generally just go for one time treatments instead of the treatment plan because the pricing of the treatment plan seems very high and doesn't make sense compared to one time treatments, but that's my only concern. I might shop around for a cheaper option, but Orkin has not let me down in terms of basic service at any point.
