Orkin lady is very professional and nice. We had Orkin for years and did not solve the issue

They did the same thing on my front bedroom window and found ants and eggs there too. They treated both areas, did not check anywhere else saying it was unnecessary and told me not to have the covering replaced for at least 2 weeks to be sure all the ants were dead.

They were consistent, kept their word, timely, customer service oriented, and I can depend and rely on them. They are very responsive with great turnaround time.

They come every other month for maintenance and they are very effective. Their service is very regular and dependable. If they see a problem with the house they will write it up and let me know immediately. I am not home when they do the inspection because it is outside. They are observant and spot problems that I wouldn't spot.

They come every second Friday of the month. I would recommend them to anybody my biggest cot I don't have to worry about but I have moved them wherever my plans are. I'm sick and tired of moving around doing the side walls of the home not even sitting on my own and thinking about that so I'd be sure this is very good I see stopping of like ants I have no where. If I see ants or anything like ants or something I'll call and tell them and they'll come right over and do something about it and they don't charge me for that. In terms of price I haven't gotten done any comparisons of them because I have had them so long I just pay they are just gone so the price is comparable and they are professional.

I liked my last guy a lot. He was very cool. I trusted him in my house but the new guy I don't like as much. He's pretty responsive. He's on time when he's coming out. I will use him again in the future.

They come every three months to provide pest control maintenance services. I have had a contract with them for the last year and a half. They are excellent and I will continue to use them in the future.

They do a fantastic job. I paid them $40 a month. They are always on time. They always called beforehand. They always put booties over the shoes, so it doesn't mess up the carpet. They are extremely friendly. If there ever was a problem, they always came back out. They were supposed to do inside and outside; but as I was not at home, they only did the outside and then I called them, they came right back out to do the inside. It was my fault, but they still came out. They are professional.

I have a service where they come out to spray every couple of months. My experience with them has been great.

I thought they were terrific! The only thing I didn't like is that they had to come back once a month for three months. I would have preferred to have everything taken care of in one visit.

I have been dealing with them for 2 years. They handle all of our properties. I have had a very good experience with them and I am very satisfied. They are very responsive, prompt, professional and clean.

Overall, the work was done to my satisfaction. The only real negative was that some of the chemicals they used left stubborn stains on my furniture.

The job went well. The mice were pests and they were coming in looking for food. I had a few spots in my house that had holes in it and that's how the mice were there. The price was around $200 or $250. They came in and did the initial pest control. I was pretty pleased. They are very professional. They came in and did the job. They did what they were supposed to do. They gave us the poison and told us what to do with it and with the holes. They also told us what to do to prevent the mice from coming back instead of having them come back again. They told me what to do to prevent this from happening again. For me the experience has been good. Their price is about the same as everybody else. I called them on a holiday and I think it was the ‘memorial day' or something like that. They then came out on the 4th of July. There was no extra charge and I was happy. I will use their services again in the future.

We are happy with their services. They are reliable and nice.

They come when they say that they are going to come. They deal with all pest problems very effectively. They give good advice and they are pretty efficient.
