They were able to come out the same day I called. Quoted me a "ballpark" estimate over the phone and stuck to it after the work was done. They were quick and courteous.

It was a real good. He didn't charge me when he came out for the roof for the first time that he came out.

Great- Len and his team are always prompt, clean up well and do the job right. They probably are not the cheapest, but I have never had a problem with any of the work they have done

Excellent experience, though I was pretty distraught by the situation. I had a backup of sewage from under the toilet 2 weeks after I moved into this home. Len responded immediately to my call on a Sunday morning. He and his assistant came first thing Monday morning (I had to work all Sunday afternoon and evening.) Len started by rodding out the drain to the street. He started with most conservative ( and least expensive) procedures and increased the complexity as the situation required. Throughout the morning (he worked 5 1/2 hours) Len gave frequent updates on the results of all of the different rodding routes and techniques used. He and his crew had to return the next morning as the roof was icy and the workers could not safely rod out the drainage pipe on the roof. On the second day, after another hour, all of the pipes were cleared - he would not leave until the situation was resolved. The crew cleaned up the bathrooms and replaced the toilets. Len and his crew were communicative, polite and respectful at all times. In addition, he was willing to work with me on the payment as this was a huge unexpected expense right after moving in to the home. 10 stars!

Sewer inspection and worked with city to have main repaired

Fantastic! Quick response from initial call. "Junior" was on site exactly when promised which was very quick. Inspected plumbing and professionally performed drain cleaning. Extremely well mannered. Checked his work thoroughly. One other plumber responded to voicemail 3 hours later and another never called back. Nuzzo is now our new plumber!!

They did an excellent job, and in one day. Highly recommend. Did everything we talked about. Was able to make last minute decisions. Very easy to work with.

Wow! - I called this morning and left a detailed message RE - the cartridge to be replaced. Len called back in about 2 hours, said he was in the neighborhood now and could come by. Came by with his assistant, provided 1 additional part I didn't have, replaced the cartridge immediately. Quick, reliable, punctual, and reasonable!

They did an excellent job, really reasonable price. They were very thorough and very professional. I would definitely use them in the future. They were very efficient, and they did that work under an hour. I thought it would be more than that. That kind of work. They checked to make sure I was satisfied, made sure their were no leaks or anything. I've had places where they've done something that might be similar and they would take 2 or 3 hours and they would bill me for 1/2 an hour or 10 minutes more. They wouldn't prorate.They told me ahead of time what the cost would be, and they stuck to it. I can't ask for anything better than that. Many plumbers tack on travel fee, and then the labor which I understand but when they don't prorate and charge you for a full hour, I think it's outrageous. This company didn't do that.

He was punctual, very friendly and immediately was able to tell what the problem was. He had the parts with him and was able to fix it right away

Nuzzo's plumbing was receptive to my call, called me back promptly and was able to get someone out to take care of the problem when I asked. The team was very polite, courteous and informative about the issue.

Finally, finally, I have found a plumber who is honest, prompt, reasonably priced and competent. I hired Nuzzo to recommend and install a new toilet for me. Len, the owner, is very personable, took sufficient time with me over the phone to answer any questions I had and made a recommendation on what brand toilet he would purchase for me and why. He was able to do the installation on a Saturday--many other plumbers don't work on the weekends or charge extra to do so. Len knows people work and does whatever he can to accommodate your schedule. His workers showed up on time and got right to work. They explained what they were doing, made sure everything worked before they left, and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely recommend this company if you want professionals to do your work and not have to worry about anything. I got estimates from three other plumbing outfits and Nuzzo's price was right in line with the others or lower. I will definitely call Nuzzo again.

I am satisfied with them. They are my regular plumber. The work was ok.

Mission Accomplished. I tried unclogging the tub on my own with no luck. Len came by yesterday. Working great now.

I call at 7:15 am.  Owner answered the phone.  When I told him what was going on, he knew what to do.  I was his first stop.   When he said he be there by 8:00 am.  he was.  He and the other person that was helping was very professional.  I will use Nuzzo Plumbing again

I left a message for Len Nuzzo on May 12 to set up an appointment for the plumbing work that I needed to have done. He was near my house when he responded later that day so he stopped by 15 minutes later, reviewed my requests and gave me a quote. Len asked when I wanted to have the work done; when I asked for any time in the following two weeks, Len said, "How about tomorrow?" Great! Len said that his team would arrive between 8 and noon the next day.

The team -- Gaspar and Ever -- arrived at about 8:30 the next day and quickly went to work. They drained and removed the old water heater and installed the new one. This included maneuvering both water heaters under a horizontal air conditioner condensate drain pipe, which they accomplished with no mishaps. They then removed an old humidifier fixture from a cold water pipe and fastened on new copper piping (including a valve on the basement side to turn off  the water during the winter), leading it through the basement wall to a tap on the outside so I can water my gardens without having to drag a hose all the way around the hose from the original tap on the other side of the house. The piping is neatly and efficiently arranged and the workmanship is excellent.

Gaspar and Ever worked quickly and quietly and left no mess. After checking the outside tap and finding that it wiggled just slightly when turned on, Ever came back to the basement and stabilized the interior piping.

All in all, Gaspar and Ever did a great job. When I mentioned this to Len, he said that he often receives praise for this team. I was not at all surprised to hear this, and thanked Len for sending me such a good team.
