He was punctual and quickly performed the work, explaining to me what he was doing. The job was done well.

I bought a $149 coupon that included an inspection and certain basic and work repair done on roof. Guy came over...had his son look at it for 2 minutes and told me it would cost $1000. no info on leak...just found a way to charge me for work i did nor t need. Nothing/no work done for the $149.

The job was not acceptable. It was very stressful....did not start until 10:am both days he worked 5hrs frost day . And second day when I letting for appt. my husband stated that he left after 1:1/2 hrs . He did not move TV. Did not patch wall under TV. Or put wood strips back. I am requesting a refund.

Never returned emails, one day he called and reported he was outside of my condo without any prior notice. My wife and I work evenings and midnights.. Never received service. Keep my money, and keep away from my condo

Fantastic!!! Nico is a gem. He is hardworking man, that believes in doing it right. Showed up on time, and a saint!!! There was a big parking issue in my garage, & he patiently waited for the garage, up to one hour!!! A Saint!!! I can't say enough good things about him. Integrity, like a throwback to the olden days. I highly recommend him, I wish I found him years ago.

He was very good except it took 2 days because by the next day we could see where the walls needed a second coat of paint We called and he came to finish the job.

Nico was flexible in scheduling and arrived as scheduled. He quickly determined that replacement weatherstripping and a couple of thin pads would be sufficient to seal the back door and that a storm door sweep and caulk would seal the storm door. He made a quick run for supplies and installed and adjusted his work so that now there is no cold air and dirt flying under the door. (He knew what kind of weatherstripping was the most effective replacement for my old weatherstripping.) I had bought the deal Nico's offered and paid only additional for the supplies.

I was amazed at how quickly Nico was able to solve the issues I was having with my doors- definitely would hire Nico again.

Work went really well. Removed a very big, old cast iron utility tub and installed new one. Also put up stacking unit for energy efficient washer and dryer and got them up & running

Was adequate. Friendly service but I bought another 8 hour deal from another company some months ago. I felt like I got more tasks completed in the allotted time. Will go back to them next time.

Nick and his son called to say that they were on the way, arrived on time, did the job quickly and professionally. They took great care with our vintage Victorian door. I will definitely be using him for other jobs again this Spring.

Great. The easiest way to do the job would have meant cutting into some old wood trim, but I'm partial to the old stuff. Niko worked with me to find another solution so that the wood could be saved.

Nico did a great job and was a complete professional and honest.

Tried realignment but recommended new door.

Couldn't fix many of the locks and taking them apart caused damage that he took all day fixing. Probably does best installing brand new locks, rather than fixing old ones.

It went very well. Nico what is so nice and professional and it looks beautiful to me. He also cleaned it so well you wouldn't even know they were there .
