He subcontracted unskilled workers, and he wouldn't come back and correct what was wrong. My whole attic is a mess, because he didn't cover anything. He replaced the tiles unevenly, so it looks all bumpy. He was supposed to replace some ceiling tiles in the kitchen, as well as fixing the cause of the leak. He was also supposed to replace some of the gutter on the house, and an awning over the porch. He didn't do any of that. He patched some of the aluminum siding with a totally different color. The siding on the front looks okay, but the back is awful. The kitchen is still leaking, and the tiles are still falling. Even after all of this, the bank is still claiming we owe money for this project, even though he was totally paid off through us and the insurance company. He threatened my sick husband with taking our home, which was entirely unprofessional. At this point, I wouldn't hire him to bathe my dog.

The service was excellent.  They were very meticulous, and they always did exactly what they said they were going to do.  We did have to hire an architect, but they were able to bring new ideas to the table which was very beneficial.  They just did beautiful work.  I was very happy with them, and I would recommend them.
