4I am the property manager for a mid-sized condo assn in Lincoln Park. I found MT Lawncare on Angie's List and arranged a meeting between Mariana and one of the condo board members, and they ended up hiring them for the fall landscaping cleanup. Wanted  to share the condo board members feedback:
"Mariana called me yesterday to confirm fall cleanup for today. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the fall cleanup was done as
scheduled and looks amazing!  I have only seen it in the dark, but from what I could tell, everything we discussed to be done was done. I think it looks fabulous and am very happy with their work. "

They came right out and did exactly what I asked. These yards are in pretty bad shape, having not been renovated in many years and with lots of weed invasion. It is going to be a long slow journey back but this was a good first step. Since this was done fairly late in the season for late summer/early fall renovation work the timing on the overseeding might not have been ideal and the results of that part (if any) likely won't show up until the spring. However, I'm pleased with the work that was done, the overall cost and the promptness. I'll likely use them again.

We had MT Lawncare aerate and reseed our lawn in the fall, so I waited to do this review until I could see the results. They were punctual and responded promptly to my questions (via email). The lawn looks much better, the grass has grown in thicker and the bare spots are gone.

After finding MT Lawncare on Angies List, I checked with the Better Busibess Bureau and found no issues.  I then contacted Mariana Tenimaza, President of MT to get pricing.  We live on a corner lot in the Portage Park area so our lawn area is basically double that of an inner house.  We agreed on $88 for bi-weekly service, which seemed fair and reasonable.
No more than two hours after hiring MT Lawncare they showed up to do the work.  Mariana was part of the crew and they did a good job.  They were fast, efficient, and they cleaned up the grass clippings.
Based on our initial negotiation and MT's responsiveness, I would highly recommend their service.

It went well. I have a dog that had left patches in the backyard. The aeration cleared it right up.

Purchased a Angie's list deal for aerating and over seeding of lawn. Contacted MT lawncare to set a date for work plus paid extra for additional square footage. Tried to set a date when I would be home but MT could not schedule it, said no one needed to be there. Crew did a good job aerating but could only see seed on bare spots along the edges (I checked many spots in the lawn but did not see any seed). Contacted MT and was told it was seeded before aeration so you would not be able to see any seeds- guess I will have to take their word for it since I was not there to monitor the work, but I feel that the over seeding was pretty skimpy.

So far they have been pretty good. We have booked them for servicing the entire summer. They were able to take our new business and they were competitive with pricing. After they did the work for the first time they did a very good job.
