Sewer Main Clearing
Our experience with Mr Rooter was a nightmare. We were nearly scammed out of thousands of dollars. Right from the start the tech was sloppy, unprofessional, confusing to communicate with, and attempted to upsell us on services. He stained our wall, damaged our wall, and broke our toilet paper holder. He got a camera stuck in our sewer line and had his friend on speaker phone telling him to ?sell the dig.? He ended that phone call with ?bye pussy.? He told us our sewer line was cracked, and collapsed, and he attempted to schedule an excavation for the following day that would?ve cost thousands of dollars. However, a sewer inspection for the sale of our home showed ?absolutely nothing wrong? with our sewer and the inspector said they were probably trying to scam us because of their camera getting stuck.

They were very responsive when I called and got someone out to my house to fix the problem quickly. The plumber stayed until the job was done even though he encountered several obstacles he identified the problem quite quickly and came up with a solution that worked for my house, I would recommend them.

The PVC P-trap in my kitchen was leaking, so I scheduled an appointment with Mr Rooter of Lincoln Park. Daniel arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. He provided a very fair priced quote, so I proceeded with the work. Daniel was extremely professional and honest. The repair was made quickly and effectively. I will definitely hire Mr Rooter again for any plumbing needs!
