"Hi [Member Name Removed]. Originally the work order was to replace a ceiling fan with rod. When the electrician got there the outlet box needed to be up to code and he had to replace it. You also have 15 foot ceilings. Since he had to replace the outlet box he had to cut a whole in the drywall. So we have to come back to repair that. Please let me know if you have any questions. No job is too small for us, in fact we have a minimum charge of 1 hour. The technician we previously sent is a master carpenter with over 25 years of experience, not just some dude with a hammer and a drill. When you had asked us for an estimate for your drywall project, we gave you a rough cost. Of course since we only do bill hourly, we would have only billed you the actual time we were there. We are sorry you chose not to work on this project with us."
