Everything went well.

I contacted Moody Plumbing based on a review on another website. Joe Moody responded immediately and we set up an appointment for an estimate. We were remodeling our bathroom and basement. Joe came in with a very competitive quote and even offered a cash discount, which reduced the estimate even more. Joe and his assistants always showed up promptly for each appointment (there were numerous) and Joe was always easy to reach to confirm times. We needed drain lines moved and water supply and vent lines replaced. The project was completed within agreed estimate and work was always done to building code. Very satisfied with the quality of work and experience.

Went very well. Jim came in response to my phone call to the company. He inspected both the outdoor water faucet and the indoor water-control to thereto, and said that because I had been able to turn off the outdoor faucet spigot, not to worry about freezing or bursting. He suggested that in the springtime I call Moody and have them: 1) replace indoor control with one that doesn't require interminable turning to turn off/on; and 2) also perhaps replace the outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot. I was impressed by the professional, knowledgeable, responsive and pleasantly helpful attitude of everyone I spoke with at Moody.

The service provided went very well without an hitch...

They were very polite, prompt and quick to do the job. Did a thorough job of cleaning. Had the whole job done by 3pm. Unfortunately, early that evening, I realized there was no hot water on the first floor. They did not connect the pipe's properly. We had to wait for them to come back the next day and fix it the problem. Meant for a coooold shower. I wish they had checked the hot water before they left the job.

We have had Moody Plumbing out to our house a couple of times.  We are happy to have found them.  They are super responsive to our pleas for help.  Don't hesitate to call them. 

I purchased the kitchen faucets and Moody did the installation.  They did a great job.  Very professional and clean everything up afterwards.  Will use them again.

They called prior to arrival as pre-arranged. All work was done in a reasonable time frame,  I have used their services many times in the past with complete satisfaction and would recommend them to anyone.

He was able to give me a call immediately and communicated well. I haven't had any other problems since, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

I have bad water pressure inside the house. Most inside piping is already copper (previous owner repiped), but I had galvanized coming up from the slab in the BACK of the house. My thought was to replace the main from the b-box to the front of the house and tie in up there. Got a bunch of quotes to do that, and it was VERY expensive. Joe Moody came out and offered another, cheaper, option. He said that they'd have to dig down at the front, on the inside of the building anyway, so why not do that first and, if I'm lucky, there would be lead pipe there so I wouldn't need to replace the whole line back to the b-box and I'd save a few thousand dollars. Contracted Joe to do that job, and his guys did a great job, and now the water pressure is very much improved.

They came out right away. They do very good work and are moderately priced. They are reliable. If work doesn't need to be done, they tell you. I would tell a friend or family member that they would come right away and do a good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

He was there when he said he would be. His service was very good. He gave me a great recommendation for a company to make the necessary drywall repairs.

Two plumbers came out the day after I called and completed the work in 1.5 hours at a cost of $245.

It was small job. They did a good job and everything was fine. Mr. Moody is a very nice man. I work for a doctor and I have referred him to patients. He gets a stamp of approval.

I can always trust Moody to be responsive to calls, perform the work requested and required and clean up after!!!

Overall a really good experience. We called in the morning, and the problem was fixed by the afternoon! Joe was prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

They did a good job, but were a bit pricey in my opinion. I manage about 60 buildings and deal with a lot of different plumbers. They were a little bit difficult to schedule. It took me a few calls to get them scheduled to come out. After the appointments were scheduled they came out punctually. However, I wouldn’t use them again as I have hired a different plumber.

Mr. Moody was very friendly. He explained the what needed to be done. He completed the project in about a half and hour. He was efficient and professional.
