I can only say Wow! Found them on the internet, and was intrigued by their website. But could it all be true? From the estimate with Ralph, to conversations with Miguel, to the work completed by Shaun..all of them were great! Reasonable quotes..knowledgeable, prompt, clean, just perfect! Would recommend them to others needing this service! Perfect from start to finish!

Some companies are very slow to return calls and make appointments. Not the case with this company. Ralph came out right away and assessed the damage. I received a quote the same day. The crew cleared out and cleaned the mess very thoroughly. They even cleaned areas I didn’t expect them to (basement walk-out stairs. Wow, thank you!) I feel a lot better about living in this space now that it’s cleaned. Very responsive and efficient. Highly recommend.

Excellent. David Christensen was a pleasure to do business with. He was very professional and handled all aspects of cleaning out the basement, cleaning the air, and providing the final air quality report which showed the air quality of a previously musty basement was actually better than the air outside.

the mold man came in and clean the mold from a closet and a bedroom. so far so good. I like how fast mold man responded and they gave me an explanation on how they were gonna do it etc. Of course I will hire them again if I need it too. I hope I won't need to thou.

From the initial estimate to the actual work performance, everything went very smoothly. I discovered multiple areas of mold behind wood paneling that was removed, which prompted the phone call to Moldman. They came out to assess the problem, took photos, and I received a quote later that same day. Scheduling was easy. The day of removal, the team was on time, once again looked at all the areas, went into further detail about what would be done, and then started the job. Afterwards, they showed me everything they did, and I noticed the place was even cleaner in areas prior to when the work was started. They removed the bottom two feet of all drywall (looks like it was damaged by flooding in the past), treated all affected areas with disinfectant and then applied an anti fungal encapsulant, and even painted over the concrete walls where staining occurred. Plus, they took all the wood paneling I had previously removed with them when they left. Overall wonderful job, and if I every encounter a mold problem again, I now know who to call.

The two techs arrived promptly, worked efficiently and finished the job completely in about four hours, which was surprisingly fast and a testament to their work ethic and professionalism. I got five estimates for this work and Moldman had the best price, methods, and guarantee.

Moldman was great ! Miguel was the best & solved my mold situation in the attic. Its completely gone & I get a 10 years warranty certification as well. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company & suggest anyone interested in their service keep in mind they "specialize in mold remediation" while others do many other things. Money spent well worth it. Moldman not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get. The cheapest cost may not give you you complete satisfaction.

The agent arrived late. He was apologetic for his tardiness. He said the results would be mailed to us. He took out a small gadget and said the instrument would measure the air quality. Then he went in the basement with my husband and did the same thing.

The workers came as scheduled and spent about 8-9 hours replacing drywall and cleaning. They worked quickly and were very personable. Fernando was especially friendly and helpful, even helping me replace lightbulbs while we waited for the drywall guys to finish up. They were not able to find baseboard to match the existing custom baseboard, so I had to get it on my own, otherwise they would've completed that at the time. The only small issue was that some of the plastering they did around outlet holes covered up the metal boxes where we would screw the plate covers back on (and I had to hack at it to screw those covers back on). Victor also took a look at another spot of mold that I pointed out and cleaned it up without question. He was especially enthusiastic about mopping and showed me what solution to use for my floors. I really appreciate Greg's honesty in talking down people's fear of mold, and I would definitely hire them again!

Typically , Moldman ( Greg) is requested to out and bid the necessary work/remediation that each specific property requires. They are not boiler plate situations but rather each home presents it's own circumstances and challenges. We receive his bid and extensive work description , get dollars approved and I would say he begins work for us within days ( 1-3) of my acceptance of his proposal. I must also say that his price is highly competitive and generally the most respectable for the work to be performed, work and follow up is of the highest quality and over the many jobs he has done for us ALL have been tested by an independent third party for air control and quality and everyone of them, everyone, has been passed with flying colors. The work was always done first class, first time!

A representative from this company, Gregory Bukowski, came to inspect for mold in a co-op unit. He completed both a visual and an air quality inspection, both of which came out clean. Shortly after moving in, I detected one serious problem area in the kitchen that was obviously visible. I then checked Angie's List and hired another mold inspector to check the problem and to recommend methods to abate the mold. He quickly recognized a problem, and said it was a longstanding one that likely existed for more than a year. He also explained how Gregory's air quality inspection could have come back clean, despite the obvious problem. However, given the fact that it was a longstanding problem, I find difficult to understand how Gregory could have overlooked such an obvious visual presence of mold. What is most disappointing about his oversight is that I made it quite clear before his inspection that I needed a detailed overview of any potential threats because I have a serious mold allergy. His failure to provide a reliable report was, in my opinion, irresponsible.
