We are a full-service mechanical contractor specializing in residential HVAC, heating and air conditining, furnaces, energy-efficient air conditioners, climate control humidifiers, thermostat installation, residential boilers, custom sheet metal work and ductwork for Chicago and the surrounding areas. Since 1994 Tom Walker, president and owner of Midtown Mechanical Corporation (MMC) and his team have been providing residential customers with "total indoor air comfort". During the winter months, MMC has replaced furnaces, installed new purchased furnaces, serviced furnaces and replaced boilers in basements of single homes and multi-unit rooftop units.
