Excellent. Michael is amazingly knowledgeable and filled with great no-cost advice. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I hired Michael to replace my kitchen faucet. He was responsive, on time, and had the old faucet removed and replaced in less than an hour. I will definitely hire him again for any handyman needs.

He is creative, he is very fairly priced, he knows his stuff, and he knows what he can and can't do. He is very creative about doing things, and he has a good eye for detail.

He’s a handyman and he’s very good.  He charges $85 an hour.  He is good at what he does.  He knows his stuff and he also knows when it’s something that he shouldn’t do and we should hire somebody else.  He’s a little bit more expensive than some other guys, but he is reliable, so that’s probably worth it.

I contacted Michael and he had me send him a list of all of the things I wanted done.  He responded letting me know which things he could definitely do and which things he'd have to take a look at when he got to my house.  We set a date/time and he arrived promptly and quickly went to work.  
My husband and I are thrilled with all of the little but annoying issues that Michael fixed in such a short time - I'm enjoying my home so much more now (especially since I can lock my bathroom door and prevent my 3-yr old from entering)!  We've lived in the home for less than a year, so in addition to the work Michael did, he educated me on some items (the filter on our furnace was difficult to find, for example).  He also let me know that we needed some flashing outside one of our windows, and when I asked him how to go about buying a screen for our storm door, he showed me that the screen was already there - it just rolls down from the top - hooray!
I definitely plan to use Michael again in the future - it was money well spent!

I had learned about Mike from a friend and later saw his reviews on Yelp! and Angie's list.  Mike showed up right on time, communicated well in advance of the appointment and did the job as discussed.  He showed me how to troubleshoot issues with my kitchen sink and gave me tips on how to save money in the future so I don't have to call a plumber.   When he was finished, he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at and I mentioned the cover to my furnace.  He took a look at it and was able to make a couple of adjustments so the cover fits well again.  
We also discussed some additional projects (hanging light fixtures, mounting my TV, and hanging pictures) that I look forward to having him do in the near future.  Mike is very trustworthy, hard-working, and very talented in his craft.  
Mike is perfect handyman for the single-urban dweller!  His prices are beyond reasonable, too!

Everything went great! Michael was easily reached via email to schedule the appointment, and he showed up on time. He completed all work swiftly, and on a personal level, was professional, courteous and meticulous. Job well done!

Took several phone calls on my part to get him to respond.  When we finally did connect he arrived promptly, was clean and courteous and entirely trustworthy.  He was not able to fix all that I requested but the things he did take care of were done well. His prices were fair.

Michael did a great job and the rats never returned! He was also very reasonably priced and honest.

Michael is friendly and professional. If asked, he is happy to share his opinion as far as paint colors to choose, etc. -- very helpful. He also will tell you if a job isn't right for him -- very honest. The perfect guy to help you complete all of those projects you just haven't gotten to. A great overall handyman and someone I intend to use again and again.

MIKE WAS A NICE PROFESSINAL JOB. HE CHARGES $60/PER HOUR, BUT WILL DO AS MUCH AS HE CAN IN THAT HOUR. I BELIEVE AFTER THE FIRST HOUR HE PRORATED. HE CAN'T DO EVERYTHING, BUT WILL TELL YOU UPFRONT AND GIVE YOU REFERRALS IF THERE IS SOMETHING HE CAN'T DO (ELECTRICAL, ETC). HE DOES A NICE JOB WITH SIMPLE THINGS. I DIDN'T HIRE HIM FOR ANYTHING COMPLICATED.
