Mr. Mendoza is great! He did the install of almost 20 windows in a timely manner. His work is excellent. He is a hard working man and gives fair prices. I am 100% satisfied! I will continue to call on him as I need. Oh he also put down some vinyl floor for me too. It was beautiful work done.
