"Hi Dawn, We were able to accommodate you for the additional stop requested, however that quote was based on ?a few toolboxes? to pick up, not an entire garage that ended up filling more than half the truck. A change this significant naturally will incur additional charges. Every business has a protocol to follow. We simply need to address some outstanding items first and then we will be glad to ameliorate the claim issue. We can better assist you if you cooperate with us rather than your response that you ?would just leave bad reviews."
