Very well... Angelo and John came out the same day I called and had things sorted out in about one hour.

Do not do business with this company. They are very sketchy in their business practices and the owner is dishonest. Their quality of work is also subpar.

Absolutely awful. Do not hire this company. Our condo association paid $199 for the buzzer to be fixed, and when it still did not work (one buzzer got stuck whenever pressed), the man was rude when called and said it wasn't his fault. After he supposedly fixed a short, the problem persisted. The company then said they would charge another $200 for another visit, and we gave up.

They were very responsive, got back to me right away, they were able to come out and solve the issue we were having. He really took the time to explain things to me so if I need to reset the system, I know how to do that now. He was very, very knowledgeable in the fact that this was an intercom system that they had not installed, and he had to first figure out what they had done and how they had done it initially, and so it was a little bit back and forth, he was very knowledgeable, and he was very good at explaining it to me in which it made sense to me. They were very responsive, and we were able to get them out, it had been something that had been a problem quite awhile and I'd finally gotten around to calling. It was a $140, there was, I think, a 12% Angie's List discount, it was $55 for the service call, and it was like $85 an hour after that. I think my bill was $140.

We are very happy with their services. It looks really great! I would recommend them to anyone!

Called them at 8 am, and Angelo was on site within an hour!  He was professional and thorough, walking through what was wrong and even performed a neat little scientific demonstration of how the mailman switch was broken.

This job took two separate appointments. The first was the locksmith who replaced one of our exterior gate locks. He was really proficient at his job and very informative. The second appointment was the welder and the owner, Eric, who did the remaining work on the project.  Both were knowledgable, efficient and quite helpful in providing suggestions.  I would highly recommend this company.  After this experience, I would not consider calling anyone else. A+++

The entire process was smooth from my initial call for an estimate, thru the quoting process, to scheduling the work installation.
Eric was responsive to my questions and helped us determine the right system that best fit our needs.  They were punctual for their site visits and did the work in a timely manner.
I plan to use Mega Security in the future and feel comfortable referring this company.

Angelo was great. He was professional and efficient at scheduling the fix on the phone. Arrived on time. And got right to work. It was a bit of a puzzle to figure out where to wire the faye too and Angelo had to try a couple of different things out. He eventually got the correct hook up and finished up. It took about an hour or work time. He also consulted about a fix for our front door that does not always shut.

Mega did awesome.  They came out, assessed the problem and made the needed fixes within an hour.  We now have a working buzzer and intercom system - which the last provider did not know how to fix.   Kudos to these guys!   They are top notch, friendly and explained what they were doing at each step along the way

This provider is in the business of putting his stickers on building intercoms as advertising regardless of whether they installed the intercom. I was experiencing issues with an intercom and, wanting to take care of it quickly, called the number on the sticker they put on my intercom. During the phone call I told them the address and expressed to them that their installation was poor. They represented themselves as having done the installation during this phone call.
When the tech showed up (who was on time, knowledgeable, etc) it quickly became clear that they did not do the installation. However, I was told that it was a $55 visit charge and an $85 hourly fee. In short, I was in for $140 regardless. The tech did a good job of diagnosing the problem and I paid him. When I expressed that I felt I had been mislead by their advertising I was told to call Eric.
I spoke to Eric and expressed to him that I felt I had been mislead and that I was unhappy with their representation of their work. He told me that it wasn't his fault and even claimed he may have serviced the intercom in the past. I know for a fact he did not and there was even a sticker on another intercom on the property where no service has ever been performed.
When I told him I would make this clear in my review he told me that the last person who wrote a negative review "regretted it." So wish me luck...

MegaSecurity has been an excellent company to work with. Our building needed a new intercom as the old one was slowly becoming too outdated. They sent over one of their technicians, Angelo - a day or two after calling them. The technician explained different options that would suit our building, but most importantly, he provided us with a quote that was significantly lower than their competition - for the exact same product. He worked super fast and even returned at no charge when some of us realized we had slight issues with the key fitting in. All worked out great in the end.

Lucas was very informative and helpful as he replaced the locks on my condo doors.

Went great.  The technician was late and didn't call, but I called the office when he was 20 minutes late and the person who answered had him call me immediately.  I think it was just a mixup.
When the technician arrived he was very polite, efficient and upfront.  Before doing any work he told me the price. 
I will definitely use them again!

, Mega locksmith was responsive, prompt and tried to fix front door lock. 

 

   Unfortunately, the particular lock required by my building, was not in stock.  Mega locksmith did everything they could to obtain the lock for me as quickly as possible.  However, the said lock would have to be ordered.  The manager of Mega locksmith called me immediately to see what he could do, and quickly offered to refund the service call fee, as the work was unable to be completed at the time of the service call.

    I thanked the manager for his timely response, and not only the offer of a refund, but also his genuine offer of helping me out in the future.  I assured him that not only would I use Mega locksmith again, but would also happily refer them in the future. 

     I thanked the manager for his kind and professional response.

I recently contacted Mega as my front door was stuck in a locked position.  The first time they came, they diagnosed the issue and determined I needed to order a replacement part.  They agreed to come back and do the job once I had the part.  Unlike most providers who charge you the second they arrive, their technician did not charge me the $85 fee for a service call as he was only there for five minutes!
I called them when the part arrived and they came the next day and completed the job.  In both circumstances, i was able to make appointments the same or next day.  Their technician arrived either at or before the agreed upon time and called in advance.  Both techs were knowledgeable and polite and worked efficiently.  I would highly recommend Mega based on my experiences.
