Matt was knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and great to work with. He gave us strategic advice on how to get our home in best showing condition and knew a lot about our neighborhood. We had steady showings, even during a very slow real estate market. He gathered useful information from prospective buyers so that we knew when and how much to adjust the price. When we received an offer, Matt helped facilitate the process moving forward, even though the buyers and their professional team were extremely difficult. We would strongly recommend working with Matt!! His knowledge of the Chicago market is extensive.

We have used him twice and I last used him in 2008 for the house that I bought. I use him on an ongoing basis because he has a lot of contacts for mortgage brokers and handymen. I consult him on an ongoing basis for things.
