They were absolutely wonderful!! The estimate was reasonable and the work was flawless. I actually hired them February 2020 and then I fell sick. Since it was the start of the COVID pandemic, I choose to immediately quarantine and they did a great job communicating with me. They were willing to show me paint colors by video. I highly recommend them and will again use them if needed.

UPDATE FROM MY SECOND EXPERIENCE 10/2020: After such a wonderful experience with Mario and crew doing the 1st floor of the apartment building, I hired them to do the 2nd floor. They were scheduled to do it on a Friday afternoon but I got a call Friday morning asking for a reschedule. I was OK with that and we scheduled for the following week. The tenant has no major furniture, no couch, no dining room table, no chairs, etc. Just mattresses in the bedrooms, about 4 plastic bins in the front and dining rooms, and a small glass cocktail table. Marios dad said they could move that to the kitchen or back porch when they came to do the floors. Apparently, Mario did not get that memo. The tenant has health issues and is unable to move the bins and Mario said it would take him 2 hours to move them to the kitchen. Just to make sure, I moved the bins myself in 10 minutes and they were not that heavy. I am a female. I think he lost his mind. He surely lost a customer and any future recommendations. FIRST REVIEW 08/09/2020: Mario Gomez flooring offered the best quote and did an excellent job on the hardwood floors. They had been carpeted for many years and we were not able to remove a lot of the adhesive from the padding. One company quoted three times as much and Mario and said we would have to get new flooring in some sections. Mario made it work and the floors are beautiful. Mario and his family were prompt and courteous. They refinished the floors in less time than they quoted. I highly recommend this company.

Mario was great to work with and also did our floors in a speedy amount of time to accommodate our move-in date. Great communication throughout the process for an unbeatable price. We would highly recommend him and his team and use his services again!

Mario came to our home for an estimate and we chose him over all other estimates. Mario gave us a price we felt very comfortable with and we chose him because of the time he took here at our home explaining the entire process as well as going over the products he would be using and answered all of our questions. Mario shared with us that his company is family owned and has been in business for quite sometime. When Mario came we met his father ,uncle, and his cousin Eduardo. They were all professional as well as protected our home from any dust from their machines. Mario refinished the oak floors in 3 bedrooms as well as a hallway. Mario and family were able to complete the project ahead of schedule and left my home spotless. I love the results of their hard work; the floors are beautiful!
