"This customer's control panel was clearly damaged by water, the touch pad was delaminating from it's backing and this part alone was $170.47 plus the service call and labor to install alone would have been $300.47 not to mention the rest of the dishwashers condition was very poor. The customer chose not to repair when I told her how much it would be, so no more diagnosis at that point was needed. Note: In the future do not allow dish rack on counter above dishwasher to drain across front of dishwasher and do not use a wet sponge to wipe off control panel. Service Date was 4/6/2017"
