I went to their showroom, picked out what I wanted and they came to do the work. One side of the countertop is a smaller granite than the other side, so the two sides do not match. I would not use them again and would not recommend.

"we do not have any record of this person being a client of ours. we have no prior invoices, quotes or information on her. If her claim is valid, please provide proof of purchase. Perhaps it was done by some subcontractor that bought the original material from us. She never worked with us."

They have the best selection and the quality of the product is amazing. They are extremely responsive as well. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. A very good value overall.

I PURCHASED TWO GRANITE SLABS, AND I LEFT THEM IN THE STORE TO PICK UP AT A LATER DATE. I WENT BACK THREE WEEKS LATER, AND THEY HAD LOST ONE OF THE SLABS. THEY OFFERED TO REFUND ME $150 (THE PRICE OF ONE SLAB), OR I COULD PURCHASE A NEW ONE FOR $1500. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME THAT MUCH BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE REMNANTS LEFT. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER FOR $150, AS I DID BEFORE. I THINK THEY ARE LYING TO ME AND THEY REALLY DO HAVE PIECES THAT THEY COULD SELL TO ME, BUT I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING THIS.
