It was a horrible experience. The owner of this company revealed after the fact that he was not licensed. He hired two contractors to do the work, and they hired subcontractors. We paid all our bills to them precisely on time. Liens were placed on our home by subcontractors who were not paid. One of the contractors kept untold sums of money. By the end, a third contractor was brought in to finish, and it took an additional four months beyond the contractual completion date.
