I am very pleased with the service by Lucid Realty.  They provided excellent service to me, during the process of selling a four-flat apartment property.  Gary Lucido and Marco Mejia were very professional, honest, and knowledgeable.  Marco, my contact throughout the process of selling the property, was very patient and responsive with my many questions and concerns.  They offered a discounted commission percentage also.  I highly recommend them.

1. I was extremely pleased with Gary Lucido's work on my lot purchase in December 2012.  I chose Lucid Realty because 1) they offered a commission rebate and 2) I felt they offered much better service than Redfin.  Gary's background in finance and real estate allows him to be very savvy (and rational) when negotiating deals.  He is also very knowledgeable about the market and even does his own research/commentary which can be found on his real estate blog.  His attention to detail and analytic approach resulted in a purchase price that was 11.5% below ask, which was very impressive given the attractive location of the lot and the fact that I used financing versus cash (many developers/investors pay cash for lots). 
   
   Throughout the process, Gary was always very generous with his time.  In fact, I had been in communication with Lucid three years prior to my actual lot purchase.  Even though we did not formally begin working together until the summer of 2012, I never experienced any "pressure" to buy from Gary during that three year period.         
3. Overall, I was very satisfied with Lucid Realty on my lot purchase.  I would use Gary again in the future for real estate transactions.

We had been searching for a home for over a year. We worked with a few other realtors that didn't seem to have our interests in mind and we didn't want to settle. We thought we would go it alone and then we met Gary. He really listened to our needs and wants. Gary shared his knowledge of the property history and location. We were really impressed when Gary did a thorough walk through and looked at details such as the fire place, structure and even did measurements in the kitchen. When we found our home I was so excited that I wanted to make an offer right away. It was the Xmas holidays and Gary kept us updated and shared referrals with us so we could get the process started. Everyone we worked with from the attorney to the lender went smoothly. Lucid reality gave us a $2000 rebate at our closing. We really appreciated the rebate! Overall it was a great experience buying our first home. Gary is honest and professional.
