LUBINSKI REMODELING

The initial quote we received from this company was more than $2000 less than our final bill. John missed two scheduled appointments. No call, no show. Second appointment was to pick up final payment. I waited an hour at the property. He called me three hours after our appointment literally screaming and telling me I needed to stop what I was doing and come to him. He did apologize later. A large section of his newly installed roofing had blown off two weeks after he completed the job. After that happened we noticed that the sub roofing they installed was actually over hanging the gutters. Thank God! When I called to tell John that a large portion of the roof had fallen off, he said he would replace it 'free of charge', only because they screwed up the sub roofing/gutter and had to go back on the roof to fix it.. Of course, I had to purchase the material..... They roofing material has since continued to fall off in large sections. We are now seeing water damage on the inside of the building each time it rains. I have another roofing company coming out this week to give me an estimate to repair johns repairs. This is 14 months later. Lubinski charged me more than $8000, only to find myself facing another 4-7k in additional repairs....
