Never go to them for ANY install services. Usually I go to Home Depot but lowes sells pella windows and doors. Placed my order in April and was told 4-5 months until install and it would take 2-3 days to install. Well now lowes says they want to install at the end of December during Christmas time. 9 months later. In the winter. And I was told the job would take14 days now to install. The delay is because the store didn’t order trim back on august 8th. When I requested it from the salesman and the store. I asked 5 times if the trim had been ordered I was told not to worry about it. Lowes decided to wait and ordered the trim October 29th. Guess what, it wasn’t ordered correctly and we waiting for two weeks to be told it’s backordered for another month.We asked lowes to fully refund the order for all the mistakes/lies they made. And they said they would charge us 20% restock fee. We didn’t want to pay this unfair fee so we asked if they could at least give us 10% off the order.After the manager talked with the store and district manager lowes told us no. They would rather refund 80% of the order than give us a 10% discount for all the mistakes/lies they made and admitted to. At the end we still don’t have a date for our $60,000 window job. They did offer a refund of $1,000 for all the issues. But they won’t give us that small refund until the job is completed. They have lied to us so much at this point I doubt they will

Horrible experience. Installers did not call to confirm appt. time, and were late for the stated time. Sloppy work installing range. Did not install anti tip bracket as required by code. Did not even leave me the bracket so I could install myself. Broke my front screen door bringing in the stove and did not tell me about it. Virtually ran out of the house when done, leaving the front doors wide open. My pets ran out of the house before I notice the doors were open. Luckily they did not get hit by traffic ( I live on a busy street). Will never buy anything from Lowes again.

Some installers told me the tub wasn't going to fit through my door and that they had to knock out the doors to get the tub in. So I went to Lowe's to cancel the order and they told me they can't cancel the order until the tub is delivered to my house. I talked to three managers there and they all gave me the same story. None of them called me back to tell me what was going on. I luckily found someone in shipping who transferred the delivery over to Lowe's.

One of the units arrived damaged, but we did not notice until we opened the box. I went to back to Lowes to exchange it, the service person at the desk was very efficient and we left with a new unit in perfect condition.

I was confused on which grill I should get. I was going to get a huge grill but the salesman told me that the big grill was overkill. I went with his recommendation. They assembled and delivered it to me the same day. Great experience. Next adventure will be getting a new door this spring.

I got a good price for the windows from Lowes. Had a many delays waiting for the order to arrive. They promised the windows would be delivered 3 weeks after I ordered them, but it took about 6 weeks and I had to call them many times to check on status.

After unsuccessfully trying to find a used range and searching around for an inexpensive new one, we finally found the lowest prices at Lowe's. When we arrived at the store we were immediately assisted in finding the right section of the store and salesmen were eager to help us. We easily made the purchase and arrangements. The saleman gave us a rebate form and helped us in every way possible. The installation men were very friendly, helpful and efficient and the new range was installed and the old taken away without any problem.

I prefer Lowes over the other home maintenance store. I find their lumber to be of higher quality and lower priced. They have been very, very helpful to me.

After problems with overcharges on the original bill, and getting a gift card for that which I didn't want, I got kitchen cabinets ordered from Shenandoah/Americal Woodmark. When they were delivered, after hassles with the driver, I found that they weren't the color I'd ordered. I tried to get Lowe's to pick them up, but so far, after what they told us were 2 "scheduled" pick-ups today and yesterday, we still have 27 big boxes of cabinets all over our house. They'd call the night before and the morning of each of the 2 "scheduled" pick-ups, then not show up after we waited all day. Calls to them produced a variety of excuses, obviously untrue. The cabinet in the one damaged box that I looked at wasn't very well-made, to top it all off. I have no reason to be optimistic about how this will all turn out. Buyer beware!!!

This order was placed in early September. When the product arrived, it was a plastic countertop and we learned that it had been improperly ordered. After promising to refund my money and order the countertop for free, Lowe's never did so. We pestered them for about two weeks, calling the department, associate manager and district manager, but no one responded. After the badgering, someone finally agreed to help us. Two months after initial order, we received our countertop, but no apologies. I will not do business with the Brickyard Lowe's again.

Although it took forever (6 weeks from placing the order at the store) to get them out to install the door, the 2 man installation crew was very courteous and professional. Need to work on appointment setting skills.

VINCE IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT WAS MY BEST FRIEND DURING MY BATHROOM REHAB. I VISITED THE STORE TO ORDER PRODUCTS - HE WAS PATIENT, HELPFUL WITH ADVICE, ENSURED I ORDERED ALL THE ITEMS I NEEDED TO ENSURE THE PRODUCT FUNCTIONED (WHO KNEW A TUB/SHOWER FIXTURE NEEDS A PRESSURE VALVE? - NOT ME!) ALL OF MY ITEMS WERE SPECIAL ORDER AND ARRIVED FOR STORE PICK-UP WITHIN A FEW DAYS; DELIVERED ITEMS TOOK 2 WEEKS. I WAS ABLE TO PLACE PHONE-ORDERS FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS. THE BEST SERVICE CAME WHEN I DISCOVERED THE TUB FAUCET WAS SCRATCHED, WHEN THE CONTRACTOR WAS AT MY HOME TO INSTALL IT. A PHONE CALL TO VINCE RESULTED IN - HE ORDERED A NEW FAUCET, MY CONTRACTOR INSTALLED THE SCRATCHED FAUCET. A WEEK LATER, I WAS ABLE TO PICK-UP THE REPLACEMENT FAUCET ON MONDAY, HAVE THE CONTRACTOR SWITCH IT OUT AND RETURN THE DAMAGED PIECE THE NEXT DAY. EVERY VISIT TO THIS LOWES IS A PLEASURE. EVERYONE HAS BEEN KIND, COURTEOUS, AND EAGER TO ASSIST.
