Lucas did a thorough job tuning our rather old piano. We were very pleased with his work.

Lucas returned my call within an hour of my contacting him. ?With the info. he requested on my instrument...he was able to give me precise details of service I would need and exact cost. ?He arrived promptly (actually early) for our appt. and even removed his shoes at the door to preserve my floors...very considerate of him. ?Once he gathered a bit more info. on history of piano, he immediately got to work. ?I must say he was meticulous in his work...checking every key. ?The difference in sound of piano when he finished?was amazing! ?It sounded brand new! ?I have to thank him again for treating me to a beautiful rendition of 'Blue Skies' by Irving Berlin. ?Before leaving, Lucas provided me with excellent guidelines to keep my piano in pristine condition...such as the suggested humidity level for the room I keep it in. ?This was something I knew nothing about. ? I'm so glad that I elected to go with Lorang Piano Service. ?Lucas was professional, engaging and a consummate perfectionist. ?I now have a trusted and licensed professional I can trust my piano to and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to others.

No problems - he came in when he said he would. He did what he said he would do. He apprized me of every charge and every options before he did the work. He was clean, professional and a delight to have in our church to do the work we had needed for so long. And his fees were commensurate with others and his willingness to work with us was almost unheard of in today's world. A real pleasure to have him do the work for us.
