Overall excellent experience. I reached out to four local roofing companies and three never responded - guess they don't need to work. John was at my house within the week, provided a quote within a day of his visit and completed the install within 5 days of me signing the contract. The roof looks great and the workmanship is guaranteed.

We called to ask if someone could come out to give us an estimate and an idea of what was recommended be done to the roof, whether just repair or a new roof. Spoke to John and he was able to come out within a day or two. He was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly to all our questions and concerns, not just from me but from other unit owners as well. He gave us an estimate and the cost was definitely lower than the other 2 we'd gotten. Once we made a final decision he was able to come out within a couple days and start working. He placed a new roof over our current roof, while repairing areas that need attention prior to putting the new roof on. Prior to starting the new roof he was willing to come out and do a quick fix to a leak one of the units had, although it didn't happen due to the rain, it was appreciated that he was willing to try to give the unit owner some peace of mind. He also provided some extra work that was not originally in the contract at no extra cost. He also provided pictures of before, during and after. I would not hesitate to hire Logan Square roofing again for any of our needs, although I think we will be fine for some time to come. They were prompt, honest and went above and beyond.

John of Logan Square Roofing was one of the best contractors that I have worked with in several years. My roof was over 20 years old and I had a leaking skylight. After getting several quotes, John gave me the best price and advise in how to save money and time. He suggested I not replace the shingles but to add another layer to my current first layer of shingles. His advise saved me time and money. His workers completed the job in one day with no mess. The next day it rained and my skylight didn't leak. I was also impressed with John's responsiveness and timely communication. I was never left in the dark as to the progress of my roofing project. The whole process was very easy which I truly appreciated!

The owner him self came out and inspected the repairs and at the same time he actually took his time out to explain to my dad an I the complete process from start to finish not like other roofers that came out they went up and just left with no explanation. Also most of all rain came along and no leak💧 if someone is looking for a complete professional roofing company I would not hesitate to use Logan Square roofing

He came out and explained everything. He went on the roof with me and showed me what needed to be done. He was very nice. He came out 1 day later, and started the job. He was very neat, professional, and polite. They cleaned up all of the debris afterwards. I found the price was very reasonable compared to others who came out. The other companies were not as thorough and charged more. He did a great job and was very fast and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Hi, John did a great job tuckpointing my chimney, it's was bad. Looks like new now. He also replaced my gutters and downspouts that were causing me headaches. He showed up on time and got right to work. Price was fair, not the cheapest. Overall, very satisfied.
