John and his team did great work on 2 separate occasions. They did some tuckpointing plus redid flashing to help fix a leak we had at the front windows of our 2 flat. We also had John look at our roof when our contractor said it had issues, and John consulted us on the issue and gave us a quote that was better than others we received from 2 other companies. We've been able to get in touch with John very quickly throughout the process and after jobs were completed. A severe storm blew off a piece of the parapet cap flashing and John responded very fast and send someone out to fix at no extra charge.

John came to my house for an estimate. I thought his company was called Logan Square Roofing but when he came to the house, his truck had Quality Roofing as the name of his business. Our flat roof is only 6 years old but I wanted to get the reflective coating redone and inspection of the flashing. He tried to upsell me on sealing the brick even though we have weep holes and have had no issues with water. After inspecting the roof, he gave me an estimate of $5400 which is thousands more than two other estimates I received. I told him that his estimate was really off so he said he could do $3500. He didn’t give me a formal written estimate so that I could compare services. I would not recommend working with them. They seemed to try to pull one on me.

"you called my company out to do a complete roof inspection and parapet walls after inspecting the roof I explained to you that you needed a maintenance program with aluminum coating and your parapet walls are 4 foot high that were half modified rubber and half utility brick which I explained to you that the utility brick is like a cinder block and absorbs a lot of water so every 4 to 5 years you need to get it sealed to prevent water seepage into your building and the price was $4,400 for the roof maintenance program and you said that was higher then the other companies then I gave you a discount and I told you $3,500 and i gave you a price on the spot because you're looking to get it done right away before the winter came and this is our busy time of the year I am sorry that you are upset about the price and the inspection"

John was excellent, he came out right away for a roof leak that I had to inspect and give me a report about the situation as my Condo Association had let this leak go on since June without any action. He performed the inspection and followed up with me to make sure this problem was taken care of. I truly do appreciate the follow up and inspection and report on the status of the roof. I would definitly hire John and Logan Square Roofing for any needs in the future that I have as he is professional, responded in a timely manner and followed up to make sure he had done all he could for me. I reached out to several contractors. John’s bid was detailed, clear and came in quickly. He politely followed up and we got something scheduled. He was good at communicating with me- work was subject to weather of course. He wasn't aggressive but was interested in getting the work which mattered to me. He was Very professional and did a great job. I was impressed by how they cleaned up afterwards too. I hired them for a second job of tuck pointing which also went very well. Definitely get a bid from them if you’re looking for roofing or tuck pointing!

I called John after noticing a moist area on my ceiling, and he came out within the hour to assess the problem. He and his crew came out the next morning to recaulk gaps around the condo's scupper boxes (the cause of the issue). They also reexamined work they'd done several years ago on a Juliet balcony to ensure it was holding up. They touched up several areas on the balcony to ensure continued water tightness at no cost, in addition to temporarily sealing several cracks in our condo's roof membrane. John and his team have helped our HOA and me personally on multiple occasions, and I've had nothing but great experiences.

I was extremely impressed with the promptness of response of these guys. Had an old, unused metal chimney spout tip over and damage the roof on Sunday morning. We were expecting rain staring Monday night, and contacted these guys to fix ASAP. The promptness and professionalism they showed was fantastic.
