I had a beautiful bath installed by a contractor I retained to redo my condo. His workers installed my shower door and the slab underneath the door incorrectly. Every time I took a shower I had a flood on my floor, leaking through the bottom of the shower door. The shower needed two huge bath towels on the floor outside the door to soak up water. My contractor blamed the leakage on too many faucets in a small space. He also refused to admit the slab was installed incorrectly, slanting towards bathroom rather than into the shower. Neither my contractor or the store where I had bought the door would help. I retained Dina to help me fix the problem. Dina talked to the manufacturer of the shower door for parts and procedures for fixing it. The vendor came out and took the door off. Then she got one of her vendors to do the work needed, replacing the slab to slant into the shower, even though it was a small job and required 2 visits. After the manufacturer reinstalled the door, the leakage was nonexistent. Now my beautiful bath works- no leaks and no towels on the floor! Dina really does Get it Done with a personality that lifted my spirits!

The project went very smoothly. We are experienced renovators but this project could have been a nightmare, since it involved many spaces, including the master bedroom and closets. Dina’s staging was so logical. She knows how to stretch a remodeling budget while delivering sensational results. Dina is patient, unflappable, and can readily translate vague goals and desires into beautiful spaces. She brings with her exceptional contractors who are not only skilled, but also have the people skills to explain both the what and why of what they are doing. Dina’s eye is impeccable and has saved us from costly mistakes.

Our home sustained severe hail damage in April 2010, and needed an entire exterior repair job. The repairs covered the entire stucco surface and wood/aluminum details wood plus the roof. We also decided to replace windows and change the color palette. We hired Little Rock just prior to awarding the original estimates received for the job. After perusing the original estimates, Dina found many glaring omissions in all of the estimates I received that could have led to significant additional charges on my end as the jobs moved forward. She helped me find new subcontractors, obtain new estimates and she negotiated the prices. This alone saved me over $4,000. She came to the house before the project started to take before pictures and do all prep work before the contractors came over. She returned a few times during renovation to ensure work was properly done, but was talking with contractors via phone for updates on a regular basis. She also managed my questions, talked with contractors regarding my concerns as the project moved forward, and alleviated my concerns over just about everything. The project took from mid-June through the end of October and Dina made the entire project worry free for me. I am also confident that the work done was of superior quality and will last longer than the warranties we obtained. The house also looks like a completely different house and we are SO happy with it. I have no doubt that not only did Dina and LittleRock save us money, she saved our sanity.

She came very prepared, energetic and efficient. After examining our place, she measured the logical spot to build and came up with a drawing within a week. We opted to not have her manage the whole job (for cost reasons) but used her along the way via email and phone. We would've had a much easier time of it if she had been in charge, since she plays a good 'bad cop' with workmen. Her vendor suggestions for fixtures and hardware worked out well, too. The bathroom came out nice. The placement of everything makes total sense. Our contractor has still not finished several details, which has nothing to do with Little rock Construction or Dina. I am grateful to have had an intelligent, artistic consultant to help navigate our first remodeling project. Her cost is about $1,000.
