Lincoln Park Carpet Cleaners

My 5 year old--totally potty trained--had an unfortunate accident in my bed one night. I looked on the internet and tried to clean the mattress myself, but it still smelled. I called another mattress cleaner highly recommended on Angie's List, but they never called me back. I called John on a Saturday morning and he was able to put me in the schedule for that day. He was very professional and did a great job. I recommend him.

Everything went great. John is incredibly responsive, he is conscientious in his work, and he does what is needed to get the job done well. Definitely would use him again.

We had a leak in our basement. John came and pulled out the old padding, set up fans to dry out the carpet, came back two days later and put down new padding, and cleaned and sanitized the carpet. He then did the stairs going up two flights. He had estimated $200 before doing the upstairs and even with the additional work, he came out below the estimate. He also came within hours of my first phone call and then returned on a Saturday to finish the job.

After I called to get my area rugs cleaned, John persuaded me to get my carpets cleaned on site. I let him do that and they came out great, even high traffic areas. He came right on time and the two carpets cost less than one carpet sent out. I would definitely recommend this company.
