Lepke Auto Transport

I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Lepke Auto Transport. I received an immediate reply to my request for a quote, Lepke’s quote was lower than 2 others I had received, Tobias Lepke sent an invoice as soon as I accepted his quote, and he assigned my vehicle to a carrier within 2 business days. He was very responsive to my email and text messages. As promised, the $150 broker fee, which was $50 less than another broker had quoted, was not charged until a carrier was assigned. As soon as a carrier was assigned, Tobias provided me with phone numbers for the carrier as well as the carrier’s contact person. I was also 100% satisfied with the MDZ Trucking, LLC carrier who provided the vehicle transport services.

It was a smooth transaction. The dispatcher and driver Lepke sourced for us were very good about communicating -- I changed pick up location at last moniute and they rolled with it, no problem. Happy to recommend their services.

I contacted Lepke about moving a car from Eugene, OR to Chicago. They were fast to respond to my call and answered all of my questions. I signed the contract and the next day the car was picked up. It was delivered 5 days later at a local mall close to my house. The driver(s) were great about contacting me and the seller to arrange pickup and delivery. They were there early for both pickup and delivery. I would definitely use Lepke again in the future.

Lepke Auto Transport is a broker who arranges with a trucker for the pick up and delivery of the car. The were very polite and punctual. I gave them specific instructions as to the time of delivery and they adhered to those instructions. The trucker was also punctual and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely use them again.

I had no idea that the trucker's vehicle would be so large that I could not have him deliver the car to the previously designated address. I had to have him unload the car at a Best Western Hotel about a mile from the designated address. The Best

Western was chosen because of its large parking area.

Lepke provided full disclosure from the first phone call throughout the arrangement. The price remained stable, the arrangements for a carrier were quick and on schedule as discussed. I highly recommend them, and would use them in the future if needed.

It was a very good experience. They are very quick. They are also pleasant to work with.
