Pros:
Completed work on time and the kitchen looks like we wanted it to
Kept the surround area relatively clean
Found a good and affordable countertop fabricator for us
Didn't make any major mistakes in terms of following the design
Was easy to reach and communite with

Cons:
A few electrical and plumbing issues came up after he was done that were a result of some mistakes. He did correct them right away though.
While the price was fair, there was a bit of a surprise at the end in terms of additional costs incurred
Biggest con is that Rene is difficult to work with in terms of personality. He has a big ego and thinks his opinions are right, and makes comments when you decide on something he doesn't agree with. Also, when hurdles came up or when we wanted to correct issues that come up, he was a bit rude and confrontational.

Overall it was a good experience. He does good work and is relatively fair, but you have to stomach his personality and ego.

My experience with them has been fantastic. They're knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Their workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend them and to anyone. We feel comfortable with them doing any type of work in my house. They are cost effect and very honest. He will tell you if he can't do it and refer you to a specialist. He is very honest about what he does.
