I requested a quote for aeration and dethatching. They refuse to do it unless you sign up for regular mowing service. (See Pic below) their website clearly states "whether you need a one time aeration or an ongoing treatment plan getting started is easy." [*** Link removed ***] They refuse to do it unless I sign up for regular mowing service. I dont need mowing service. So it's really false advertising and wasting peoples time. How silly. turning away customers because they dont want other services you provide. Here's an idea! Maybe if you come out and do a good job and you're professional you might drum up more repeat business!

Awful! Paid money for services that were never done. My contractor had his people do the job I had paid LawnLove for. Plus I have received emails from 4 people and each one hasn’t addressed the issues. I’ve sent pictures showing my contractor’s men doing their job and it hasn’t mattered. All I want is a refund

They suck!!! They never come when requested and calling them is an absolute joke they don’t have any pricing and have to place you on hold so they can call your lawn company they hired. You will be placed on hold forever. Average call time is 40 min. I wouldn’t recommend this company/service to anyone!!!!!

They did okay but they could have done a better job cleaning up.

F minus June 2, I was offered lawn mowing service for June 8th. I accepted, and service was confirmed. June 5, I was told that service was being moved to June 12. I said that was unacceptable, and I would need to do it myself, if I could not receive service on June 8 as promised. I was again promised service on June 8. Later, I received another email, saying the Service would be June 8 or 9, though I never agreed to the 9th. On June 9, I was informed that service could no longer be confirmed for June 8, and it was being rescheduled to June 10. I responded that that was unacceptable, and if they expected to keep my business, they needed to complete the service as requested, with no further delays. Later on the 9th, I received a voicemail saying that service was being reschedule to June 14. I informed them that they were fired.
