This was a great provider mostly because of the communication with me.  After the first measurement, I received a phone call within an hour with an estimate of both the time and expense to install the new glass shower door and wall glass.  They came to measure a second time, as all of tile hadn't been installed and they wanted to sure of the size of glass.  Unfortunately, on installation day, the extra piece of glass needed an extra cut and they had to take it back to the workroom.  With Labor Day in the middle of the timing, it took a couple of extra days to finish the installation.  The best part, however, were the phone calls every step of the way letting me know what was happening and why.  When the guys finished, I received a phone call asking me how everything went and to call them with any questions or concerns.  Great customer service.

Lakeview Glass realigned my glass steam shower door but, after two weeks of light use, the glass door reverted to its misaligned position.  Lakeview Glass refused to come out and inspect or correct the problem without charging me the entire service fee again and stated that it provides no warranty for its services. 
Needless to say, I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of their work and surprised that they don't stand by their work product.  Their policies make clear just how little faith they themselves have in their work product.  If you are looking for glass services, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
