Fixed the leak in a day, inspected the following day and concrete was poured. Kids destroyed concrete after hours, did my best to smooth out.

They did an excellent work and I never thought they were expensive. He gave us an advice and covers something physically. He knew where the problem was and came back. He's very knowledgeable, he knows what he was doing and it was a very good experience. The job estimating was the issue. I would personally use him in my unit. They're fantastic.

It started out like a bad dream but developed into a nightmare. The plumber showed up, and diagnosed a broken in-ground pipe. I asked if the drain might be frozen (this was during the extreme cold temps). He GUARANTEED that it was a broken pipe, and even put that on the invoice with assurance that, if not, repair work would be free. So we agreed. The invoice, however, was not from Lakeshore, it was from Wagner and Sons. So this job was subbed out. We also had to write a check directly to the plumber, Wayne. He came the next day 1 1/2 hours late, and proceeded to dig up a hole in the basement to fix pipe. It took all day but they (Wayne and another) replaced the pipe and refilled the hole. The drain still did not work. Wayne's wife, Meagan, showed up at our house around 10PM. She is also a plumber. Together, they told us that it must be the connecting pipes, (bathroom, laundry room). They would be back at 8 AM to finish the repair.
No one arrived at 8, or 9 or 10... we called multiple times. We were told they (Wayne and Meagan were not answering their phone. We pleaded, we threatened. Around 2PM they showed up, claiming that they'd lost their phone during a flat tire and had to backtrack. They showed a cracked phone as proof. Now, they needed to trace the pipes to find blockage. They broke through drywall in 5 different places in the basement, some completely random. These are not even cuts, just broken out drywall. They demanded $200. for supplies from Home Depot threatening to leave for good if they did not get the cash. When I got home that evening, I could not believe the destruction. At this point- they decided to call a master plumber and delivered the news. The drain was frozen. I couldn't believe it! They started to offer new suggestions for a fix - but at this point, I just wanted them out of my house. I knew the weather was going to break and sure enough, within 2 days, the drain thawed and began working properly.
I was left with a destroyed basement and feeling completely ripped-off. I have called Lakeshore plumbing nearly every day since then. All that I asked for: a revised invoice to indicate that the drain was frozen, and that the damage resulted from trying to fix it. I have been hung up on, told that they were sending a revised invoice that never came, but mostly... ignored I want everyone to know what happened. There are a lot of and quot;Aand quot; ratings on this but something is seriously wrong with Lakeshore plumbers.

We knew right away we were in good hands. Leo and his guys would arrive promptly and immediately get down to business. They knew their craft and it showed. One unexpected benefit was how well they worked
along-side the other tradesmen. I can't tell you how much that mattered. The carpenters liked them so much, they often teamed up when it came to big, heavy tasks. I think there were a total of six guys that moved our bathtub onto the second floor.
When it came time for the city inspection, Leo was there in person to meet with the inspector. It all went very smoothly.
I would recommend Lakeshore to anyone looking for highly skilled, reasonably priced, professional plumbers.

The bathtub was not draining and gross stuff was coming up from the drain as well. Plunging did not help so I called Edwin (my favorite plumber) and he was able to come out the same day and did the work at the price he quoted on the phone before performing the service and did an excellent job resolving the problem. This is the second time I have used Edwin and I continue to be very pleased with his service. It can be challenging to find a good plumber who does quality work and charges a reasonable price. I am thankful I can call Edwin for any plumbing issues! I highly recommend him.

I called in the morning and asked them to come as soon as possible. They arrived within an hour and performed the requested service in 45 minutes. The only issue I had is that the owner quoted me a price on the phone, including an Angie's list discount, and the invoice had a higher amount. I discussed it with the owner and he agreed to honor the original price he had quoted to me.

I had another Plumbing company the day before come out to replace my garbage disposal. I did not have the job done because I felt that the quote that I was given was way overpriced. I then called Lakeshore Plumbing and spoke with Leo who was very informative. He was unable to get someone over that day but would schedule the job first thing the next morning. I was also given a quote for the job over the phone which is the price that I paid when the job was completed. (And 1/2 the price of a previous quote). The job was done in a timely manner. I would definately use Lakeshore Plumbing again.

After a little bit of a delay in original contact, Leo responded promptly and had the work done very quickly. The service person did a quick and very good job and was very courteous. I completed the sink connections and everthing works great! I have 2 other small jobs that I will be contacting Lakeshore for again.

They were referred to me by someone. They were good, honest and straightforward, and they didn’t talk a big song and dance. I have used them a few times now; I used them in May, in June and in August. I don’t think they overcharged me initially, which was good, but for the most recent job, I think they did overcharge me. I think they may be getting a little bit complacent with me because I hire them a lot now, and their prices are a little bit more. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

They were exactly what you would hope in a contractor/plumber: on time, immediately responsive to questions, very conscientious about keeping the work place clean during demolition and they would bend over backwards to make sure we were getting what we wanted. For the more demanding owners in our building, they were able to work with them to accomplish what they wanted. Really amazing. I think we got way more than we paid for, and would recommend them without hesitation for large projects (such as our building's) or smaller projects such as some things that I had them do in my unit alone.

Our experience has always been positve, specifically because of the owner, Leo. He is very hands on and responsive. This is key, when the owner of a company gets involved as they stay on top of the work that is done.
