I recently had my bathroom tile floor redone by Kvalt Remolding and design and I couldn't be happier with the results. The contractor(Dusan) was professional, knowledgeable, and maintained a very clean work area throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship was excellent — the tile was laid perfectly and looks beautiful. I highly recommend their services!

We hired Dusan’s group at Kvart Remodeling & Design to remove our carpeting and install wood flooring in our dining and living rooms. Also to adjust a wall and repaint both rooms. To say they were utter professionals doesn’t quite describe our experience. Meticulous is more to the point. And ahead of schedule by five days. The absolute pride they took in their work is best reflected where the new flooring meets the old (in the hallway) - one cannot tell where one starts and the other stops. Impeccably matched finish. These guys are extraordinary. Nicest guys-family guys. They did excellent work demolishing and retiling my bathroom floor and closet tile for a super cost. Carefully removed vanity, toilet, baseboards, repainted and replaced. They replaced a sink part for me, too! One of them even came all the way back a week later just to caulk my tub. They cleaned up everything while working and after. I highly recommend this company!

I have found my new home services partner. From my first conversation with DuÅ¡an, I felt heard and respected as a relatively new homeowner with big ideas. I received a very reasonable quote for the work I had done (ripping out a ventless-log fireplace and replacing with a smooth wall), complete with a mockup of what the space would look like when it was done. After I accepted, DuÅ¡an's brother, Vlad, got to work almost right away. They took such care in protecting the area from dust and debris, cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure we could actually live in our home while they worked. This will sound stupid, but they honestly came to feel like members of the family very quickly, so friendly and talkative but all business when it came to getting the work done. We had a couple of snags that held up the timeline, but DuÅ¡an was nothing but communicative about them, and they did everything they could to make up for lost time. I am so happy with the work they did and am already awaiting a quote for another project in the same space (built-in bookshelves!). Please do not hire KvArt so I can have them all to myself. Just kidding â they're amazing and deserve your business, too.

I got KVart contact info from a friend that remodeled their kitchen with them. I cannot stress how happy I am with the way my master bathroom turned out- the quality is top notch. The design team was extremely patient and accommodating and the contractors were very punctual, reliable and professional. They were very respectful of my place and kept the work area clean and organized throughout the whole project even though it entailed gutting the bathroom and rebuilding it completely. Vlad is extremely patient and flexible, never hesitating to make changes when asked, and his tiling is a work of art. The project manager, Dusan, was very responsive by phone, email and text and was willing to work with my many demands. From start to finish, they provided outstanding customer service , excellent craftsmanship and a seamless remodeling experience. Over two years, Kvart completed two bathrooms, installed new flooring and wainscoting on my basement walls. I ended up going with them because they were punctual, professional and organized through the consultation and estimate process, and I liked that they oversaw the whole project from start to finish. Vlad and his guys were always on time, worked hard and were super reliable and nice. The timetable that we discussed was adhered to each time and there were no surprises to the price. On top of that, the work they did was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Total professionalism! I highly recommend them for any job you have.

First off, let me say this- I love my new kitchen and floors. My experience with KVArt Remodeling was great. I needed my kitchen remodeled (demo, wall removal, new cabinets, new floors, painting etc), so naturally I reached out to couple of companies to get a quote. Within a day of contacting KVArt, they scheduled consultation and within the week the project manager Dusan and their design consultant came to see the space and discuss expectations. The designer was very knowledgeable and professional and took her time to they to know my style so she can offer customized and perfect design for me. The whole process was very organized (everything was ordered on time and it was in stock) with Dusan and Vlad making sure each step of the way I was satisfied with the result. One factor that really set them up was their responsiveness- they were quick to handle issues and answer questions. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs hassle free remodeling.

Working with KVart Remodeling & Design was amazing. As a first-time homebuyer and never gone through remodeling; I was very scared and skeptical when picking out a remodeling company. However, I got lucky, as Dusan and Vlad went out of their way to help me out and make me comfortable through the whole process. Dusan was very understanding, addressed all my questions, listened to my vision, provided creative solutions and when the time came dealt with the building association regarding paperwork and permits. We had excellent experience with KVart when remodeling our kitchen ( demo, new cabinets , island, flooring, painting). Dusan was a consummate professional from the first meeting; listened to our needs and addressed every concern in timely manner. He also gave design ideas and recommendations to align with our ideas and was very helping when selecting cabinets, countertops, backsplash, coordinating cabinet delivery etc. The team provided us with daily progress updates , kept open communication about what to expect and were considerate of the fact that we were living through the remodel. The quality of the work was amazing- Vlad has excellent craftsmanship skills and great attention to detail in everything he does. The whole project was estimated to take five weeks, but the team finished it in four. We are thrilled with the result and we will be contacting them again for any future projects.
