My service with Ms. Martinez was great and she has really helped with feeling good about myself inside and out. I now hold myself in high regards and I have Ms. Martinez to thank for my new transformation. She is always punctual, attentive and forms no judgment regardless of the circumstances.

I really liked the fact that Mrs. Martinez listen actively and attentively without interrupting me before asking questions herself. She was very patient and understanding and showed no judgement towards me and my relationship. I also liked the fact that she wrote out a treatment plan with me to help guide and gauge my facilitation process, which helped me to see my own progress and helped to elicit changes within my self. Since working with her my self esteem is out the roof and I was finally able to muster up the courage to get out of a bad relationship that was draining me drained and emotionally crippled. Mrs. Martinez didn't tell me what to do but only pulled things out of me that were closed inside. If you are looking for a good coach you have found one. Thank You!
