I was excited that a piano tuner was coming . I had my piano tuned several years ago by a person who no longer could do a good job. Karen came promptly , masked and ready to go. When she left, I told her how thrilled I was with her care for my old piano. Definitely made my day and I definitely plan to call her again. She recommended that I get a second tuning in the spring in order to get the piano in good tuning order. Thanks, Karen.

After reading every review, I chose Karen because of the extraordinary number of satisfied customers. I was very apprehensive about the 50+ year old piano in my possession which was last tuned in the 1960's and last played in 2001. Karen was great and brought the piano back to life. In addition to tuning, she raised the pitch to bring it to concert level. I am now proud to make a gift of this piano to a lucky young lady, thanks to Karen.

Karen was great. She tackled our very out of tune piano and got it singing again. She also did a few minor repairs.

Karen responded promptly to my request for tuning, was flexible when scheduling a mutually acceptable time for the tuning. On the day of service, she arrived on time, she did a fine job tuning my piano well and repaired a couple of keys and hammers. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional -I will use her service again.

Ms. Westling was fantastic. She arrived right on time, was intelligent, personable, and calm--and best of all she tuned the piano to perfection. I recommend her highly, and will absolutely ask her to come back when the piano needs tuning again. But it still sounds great!

Karen quickly responded to my inquiry. It was easy to schedule, she was punctual and friendly. She was able to give us a quick analysis of our piano initially, after tuning she gave us a much more detailed analysis which was helpful to know.

The service went fine. She did a great job given the state the old piano was in. She was very quick and efficient. She also gave a nice assessment of the piano's condition beforehand. It was very easy to schedule her service.

Wanted the piano tuned before the holiday rush. Sounds great. First time I have used Karen and will use her again. On time; professional.

At the start not, badly ...showed up early..
My piano had not been tuned for 13 years and she knew that from the very start...her original comment was that the piano was and quot;not that badand quot; and proceeded to do the tuning...now, I do not remember any tuning forks and after she left and I began to play again I noticed some bad sound in the 2 octaves above high C...i called her and left a message that I was unhappy and that i needed her to return and do some further work she called back and told me that the piano had not been tuned in 13 years and that was about all she could do...SHE NEVER TOLD ME THIS WHEN SHE WAS HER...and she accepted a $20 tip
By the way, I have played piano for 62 years and took master classes in college
I would like the $20 tip back and a refund of $25 on the $100 dollar fee.
