The Contractor and all the Sub-Contractors showed up on time, they worked in a professional manner and did not waste time (they worked very hard), they cleaned up each day and did a thorough cleaning at the end of the project. The Contractor kept me informed at all times about the schedule. I made one change after the work started (added one more window in the back wall), and everyone involved completed their part of the change without an issue. I am one very satisfied customer!!

Dave was great at figuring out how to build the numerous custom details in the construction of my home. He was dedicated to complete the project, often working long days. I highly recommend his company for a quality job at a good price.

It went great. Dave kept to his original bid. The only change we made was to rip out all the old drywall and plaster. This gave us the ability to widen the stairs by almost an inch to 34 inches wide. Despite all the mess of ripping out the old stairs, Dave did his best to keep the mess down to a minimum. It was not fun having no stairs in our house of course, but it was really a pretty painless process. My wife was doubtful that we make our stairwell more safe and thought this would be a waste of money. But Dave took measurements and generated a 3D graphic that showed us what it would look like after his work. The measurements of the resulting stairs were exactly what his graphic showed. We were both surprised by how much a couple of inches make on stairs. I no longer have to grip the handrail for fear of death like I did with the old set. The stairs also match the character of our house. You cannot really tell that they are new. He stained the wood to match the rest of our hardwood floors. Due to the improvement of safety, this was one of the best expenditures that we have made on our house. The only regret I have is that I would have liked to have found a better stain match for the stairs. As I supplied the stain myself, this is not Dave's fault. And the stain matches pretty well, but I wish it was perfect. My suggestion to anyone doing this is to start matching stains early in the process to find that perfect fit.

Our latest endeavor was a bathroom. This started off as a hole in the floor, which we thought would only take two days to repair. But then he offered me the opportunity to rebuild the whole room, which had always been brutally ugly with its wall of cardboard (from a previous owner), sink that didn't really work, and two kinds of wallpaper (also from the previous owner). So it took longer than the two days and David had to manage it around the other jobs he was already signed up with. He has re-done the plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and walls all over my house, not just the bathroom.
