I had three companies come out and provide an estimate for our basement. Most of the tile had been previously removed but the black glue was still left behind. Knowing that this stuff is toxic we wanted to get rid of this before we moved in to our new home. Out of the three companies, Ivan was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and was flexible with our working schedule. Only reason why it's a 4.5 was because the workers left some napkins that looked as though they were used for the project. Being a germophobe specially with hazardous materials I felt that should have been taken out of the house. Aside from that little forgotten item there is some residual smell (very minor), so beware. But overall great person to work with and great customer service. He knows what he is doing and if you are working within a budget he understand and is willing to provide options. Thank you Ivan!
