I had a broken commercial-style (i.e. heavy) treadmill that I needed removed from my home. These guys had the best price and were able to schedule a pick up right away. The crew arrived early (and called ahead to alert me), worked efficiently and carefully, and observed COVID protocols. I’d definitely work with them again

I 100% recommend this company. I was overwhelmed by the task of emptying 57 years worth of junk from my mom's house. Junk Removal 911 to the rescue! Their estimate for the job was accurate and their prices are very reasonable. They arrived on time with a large crew and got the job done fast - like REALLY FAST! Everyone was both friendly and professional. Don't waste your time trying to do it yourself. This service is worth every penny!!

Team showed up on time and were very friendly and hard working. Transformed our back yard from a trash pit of junk couches, construction debris (2x4s, demolished decking, demolished concrete pad), etc. into a clean space. Good attention to detail and much lower cost that I expected for the quantity of junk. I wish I called them months ago. Will definitely use again. WOW. Completely satisfied with our experience with Junk Removal 911. We were thinking of just renting a dumpster but didn't have a whole lot to fill it, so called Junk Removal 911 for an estimate. The owner clearly explained the options, saying he could haul away everything in a truck and that the price would be based on how much of the space we ended up filling, which he quoted us. This ended up being a cheaper option than renting a dumpster, and we wouldn't have to get a permit from the village then, either. Win, win! Set an an appointment for later in the week. His guys showed up right on time, and were polite and professional. They managed to get everything loaded quickly (~45 minutes), and were careful to avoid damaging anything in our yard or garage. Could not ask for a better experience, at a fair price. Recommend them to anyone who needs stuff hauled away.

It was a big job. Guys were hard workers. Had to put up with a skunk living under the shed spraying. But they got through it in good humor. Got the done on time at quoted price.

Excellent. I texted the company. Someone responded back very quickly. Over a series of text messages we arranged a date to have the wood removed and an estimated cost. This company has 2 guys come with a big truck and they clean up the mess and haul it away. The crew arrived as scheduled and wasted no time in getting the job done. The cost was as estimated, which was for 1/2 truckload. It was exceedingly smooth from start to finish. Very happy with the process.

Jerome and Shaq were on time for both visits (November 22 and November 29, 2016). Very nice young men and very professional and hard-working. They swept up after they were finished. Filled the truck on each visit and paid for 2 truckloads total plus tipped them both times. They were very appreciative for the tips. Also provided them with bottled water. We were extremely impressed with how quickly they cleaned out so much stuff. Remember to tell them if they want anything, to feel free to set it on the side for themselves. All things are simply thrown into the truck. All breakable things are broken. They do not pack items, they throw everything into garbage cans and dump into the truck. They were absolutely great and we will refer everyone we know to them and will definitely use them again. 2 truckloads at $425 each = $850 plus tips.

Great, three young men arrived 15 minutes early; not always easy to do in the Chicago loop. They were polite, professional and very careful about the sofa removal from my condo. Very happy with the services.

Extremely well! The crew was strong and careful. We had just had the basement repainted and needed JR 911 to tear up and carry everything out without damaging the walls, and they did it! They communicated very well, were quick and skilled. As an extra bonus, they delivered our game tables to donate them to the local neighborhood center. Other reviews said, be sure to tip the guys. They didn't act like they expected a tip, but seemed very happy to receive it -- and the tip was super well deserved. This is the best home service experience I've had in years!

I called Max on Thursday afternoon and scheduled the work the next day. I had a rusted shed that needed removing. I did not care to get an advance quote. I was fine estimating that it would be at least a 1/2 load. So, a crew of 2 arrived at 9 am and by 10:45 I was writing this review. What an efficient, responsive, affordable, congenial, and organized operation. They excavated the shed and removed all the stinky discards, old railroad tier, caved in floor platform, etc. Now all I have to figure out is what to do with the space. Many thanks to Junk Removal 911 and my team Ron and Erick! I KUDOS!

The original quote was for $130 after I emailed two photos showing debris, but when the two guys came to pick up, they said the cost would be $180, because they only saw one of the photos, (after telling them I sent two), and the concrete blocks were lots more than they expected. I called Max and he apologized, but I did end up paying the $180.  The quotes need to be more accurate.  The two helpers were very nice.

  I may use them again, but I will first get a couple more quotes from others.

Showed up on time with another helper. The original quote was $1050. During the demo, Max implied that there was a little more demo than he expected, of which I agreed, so I offered an extra $100 for the demo, which he accepted. But then, his helper left around noon for another job, so I ended up helping Max finish the job. (I did the easier stuff). I did not complain because I wanted to get the demo done that day, but I don't think I should have had to take the helpers place.  Max did say that they usually don't do demo, but he needed the work when I first called, things changed by the time they started. 

      The concrete chimney base was unexpected, so I jackhammered it out on my own, and then they came back promptly two days later to pick up the base debris as part of the original job.
