In a few weeks time my yard received a beautiful pergola around an exiting patio, decking around my pool, the length of my yard received a beautifully placed arbor that's holds beautiful hanging plants and if that's not enough they transformed my existing deck with beautiful Trex wood. The Words thank you do not do justice to the transformation done to my yard this year by Johns Masonry Roofing & Construction Co. my yard went from a nice yard to a pretty magical place to relax and enjoy a day or evening, my own personal oasis. John and his crew did an excellent job power washing and resealing our building. His pricing was very fair and work was backed up by a solid guarantee. His crew was very careful to protect the neighbors’ building from the overspray. The neighbors even complimented them on their workmanship and professionalism. Very happy with the finished product and hope to work with them again in the future.

Highly recommend! John and his team were very thorough and professional from the first meeting through completion of project. John's assessment of the scope of work was very thorough. They wanted to be sure the project was completed appropriately so that there would not be re-occurring issues. The repairs included raising my sinking garage, removing and re-laying the garage slab and re-laying my sinking patio and pavers. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. I will definitely work with John and his team should I need other home projects.

John and his team are top notch. We have a unique outdoor space in our condo where we wanted to create a private area - John created a modern-day pergola with privacy slats on one side, and custom flower boxes on the other - using high end cedar wood. He also suggested us looking into Trex Transcend decking - he is a dealer and gave us great pricing as well as installed during the pergola project! We have brick that outlines our area and John was very transparent in the issues that we were having as well as what we will have if it was not addressed. He sealed up the limestone and worked on getting rid of the effervescent. It is still showing through; however, he made massive headway and actually returned THREE times to keep working on it! Mind you we had already paid for the service, but he kept his word. His team is very friendly, professional and proud of their work. Others in our building have been asking for his information and I have no doubt in recommending him to anyone. Communication, work ethic, attention to detail, turnaround time all were stellar. John and team were a one-stop shop and I could not be more pleased and excited with how everything turned out.

Its hard to find an honest person you feel comfortable with working on your home, but we did. Excellent quality work and done exactly as per the proposal within the time frame promised. The work was done by experienced professionals and it shows. We have received multiple compliments from our neighbors. We would not hesitate to hire John's again.

We had a roof leak, we called a different roofer that wouldn't even go on to our roof but instead looked in our house. Then John's masonry was on top of my roof in less then half an hour after I reached out to them. They where shoveling snow and even found more issues that where not known. They where able to repair and replace our roof within a week and we where very satisfied with the quality and customer service they provided.

Updated - John was so communicative throughout the entire process! He was transparent about the problems we had and listened to all of my questions and concerns. The works is high quality, and the guarantee made his estimate stand out above all others. We are left with a shiny new roof, leak-proof bricks, AND peace of mind. The customer service is great - there was some debris left over, and John offered to come out and remove it himsefl! I can't recommend this company enough and have already told our neighbors to use them. Will definitely hire again for any future work needed.

John's may not be the cheapest contractor out there but the craftsmanship is solid and the honesty is much appreciated. He goes the extra mile to communicate and explain the issues and solution, uses high quality materials for repair (based on my own research), and worked with me to get the most done within our budget.

They did the job promptly, and expertly. They cleaned up their messes, and were fully competent. They covered all the brick work. This was money well spent. They were nice to talk to, and were cooperative. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

I would highly recommend John's Masonry for your tuckpointing and masonry needs. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Overall, the experience was quite exceptional -- response time, communication, quality of work, value, etc. were top-notch. I'm taking a half point for a minor clean-up issue. I say above and beyond for a couple of reasons: one, John's availability throughout the process was quite remarkable, even going so far as to try to apologize for the weather! Secondly, as John arrived to pick up his check, I had another completely unrelated issue going on at my house, and both he and his son Mike stayed to help fix it. I look forward to reengaging John's Masonry for my future masonry and construction needs.

We are very satisfied! Our building is 4 story condo. We had a few units that had water leaks and needed tuckpointing and masonry sealing to be done. John came in and gave us a competitive and comprehensive quote. The workers arrived when they said that they would and performed their work very efficiently. Quality of work is very good - we have no leaks and warranty as well! John kept us informed through out the process and was available to be reached any time we needed. John and his team were incredibly helpful repairing water damaged boards in the windows that lead to our deck. They provided helpful communication, were prompt and did work that exceeded my expectations. They actually allowed me to help so I can make the repairs myself in the future.

John did tuckpointing work on our third floor bay windows to address leakages coming through our cracked limestone facade and rusted out lentil. John was very responsive and available throughout the process to keep me informed of what was happening on the project, he made his team available for a rush job and they worked quickly, and most importantly the quality of the work addressed our leakage issues. The cost was also very much in line with the competition. I would use John's Masonry again to address any other stone or tuckpointing needs in the future and highly recommend.
