Before I purchased a Groupon for a 3 room cleaning I called the company to get more information. I spoke with Mike the owner, and he was very honest and up front letting me know there would be additional charges for additional services, etc. I felt very comfortable purchasing the Groupon, and called him back right after to set up an appointment.  He was able to get me on the schedule in just a few days, which was great!  When the young man arrived, I felt very comfortable with him.  He was very kind and honest.  My carpets had not been cleaned in 4+ years, and I have 2 dogs.  He let me know that my carpeting was what was considered "heavily soiled", and I laughed and agreed.  I ended up paying extra for a pre-treatment he reccomended, and paid extra for additional rooms.  I felt so comfortable with the young man, that I left him alone in my home to do his work while I ran my errands.  When I returned home, I could not believe what an amazing job he had done!!  I had many spots, and very heavy traffic spots.  My carpeting looks brand new, and I could not be happier with Johnny on the spot.  I have been telling all of my friends, and I will DEFINITELY be using them for all my future needs!  Don't hesitate to give them a chance!

Bought a Groupon for cleaning of 3 rooms $59.00 sounded good..... but then after i purchased I was told I had additional $25.00 for travel fee. When they arrived they stated it would be another $50.00 for pre treatment. I was sure the pre treatment was included in the Groupon when I purchased but did not have a computer to check so I paid and then called the office on Monday. I was told Mike the owner would call back but the receptionist called back only to say that the pre treatment that was included was not as strong as the pre treatment that was used. They claimed my rugs were soiled, however from set up/ start to finish he was done in less then an hour. My rug had only 1 small area in one room that need a little more attention and to be honest the extra strength solution they used and charged me extra $50.00 was not that great. I keep a very clean house and this was not soiled carpet, well you get what you pay for so next time i will use Sears.

When I called the company they were very professional, set up a date right away and called one day prior to confirm. The person who did the cleaning was punctual, honest (told me getting the red wine stain out might not work) and very trust wortthy (I left him alone at my place to do his job while I did errands). He called me when he was finished and told me because the couch was still wet he couldn't tell how it was going to look. Everything dried for six hours and I'm very pleased. While you can still see a little bit of the red wine stain you wouldn't see it unless you knew that there had been a major spill there. The dining room chair looks perfect as does the chaise lounge. I was very pleased and thought the price was extremely reasonalbe-it even included scotch guard for each piece!

First appointment was missed and rescheduled. Once they came, they did a fine job but were unable to clean the carpet in one area (leftover goo from a contractor using duct tape on my carpet). I had come to grips with the fact that the residue would never come up, but ended up using Sears carpet cleaning for the next cleaning because of schedule and price, and the goo came up when Sears did the job.

I've used them before. They were very efficient and did the job. The owner answered the phone and he was very efficient. Two guys came and they seemed to know what they were doing. I did get the special allergy treatment because my husband suffers from dust mite allergies. I can't say it is due entirely to the carpet treatment, but he hasn't had an attack since. We had to vacate the apartment when they were here because it is a small apartment. I was pleased with the short amount of time they took. They were very businesslike. They are not cheap; they are at the upper end. I plan to hire them again.

They were great! I was able to schedule them to come a couple of days after my phone call. The technician was prompt, gave a quote and was done within an hour. They did a great job on the couch.

I was absolutely thrilled with the results on my couch, it was beyond my expectations. Definitely worth the price.

The service personnel were very professional and the job was well done. My carpet looks brand new. They were also very considerate of my pets.

We've had it cleaned before and it NEVER looked as clean. Very impressed and would use them again in a heartbeat but our new place is all hardwood.

Work was performed well but it cost 50% more than first time six months ago. This time they sold a sanitize service that we didn't need before to my wife. Last time the carpets hadn't been cleaned in 18 months and this time it was only six months. I was disappointed when I found this out after the service and they wouldn't take anything off the bill.

Very well; they were efficient and did a great job. They were very affordable for the work completed.

Talk to a person on the phone and they explained that they had a special going on for $29.95 per room and the stairs would be $3-4 depending on the stains. Technician came out and said that the size of the bedroom was equal to three rooms and the stairs would be $3 each. I agreed and he wrote up the contract. The total came up to $190.00! He had added on a pretreatment that he never discussed with me, nor did I agree to it. After they left I noticed that they had marked up my wall with their equipment. There was a quarter size chunk out of the wall that they never even mentioned that they did. I understand these things happen, but just mention it and apologize. Would not hire again did not appreciate them adding on service that was never discussed or agreed upon. I have noticed this seems to be common practice with companies when dealing with women...it gets old!

The service was professional, quick, and efficient. The rugs looked excellent when finished and so did the couch. My only complaint is that they recommend several additional things, that I am not sure if I needed. Overall, I would use them again, and just budget a little extra.

2 MAN CREW MADE AN APPT. THE DAY I CALLED, WERE PUNCTUAL & VERY FRIENDLY. WERE FORTHRIGHT ABOUT WHAT THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD DO WITH A CARPET THAT NEEDED A GREAT DEAL OF WORK.

OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED 2 HOURS BEFORE-HAND, DUE TO AN OVERLOAD ON THEIR PART. WAYNE WAS FRIENDLY, BUT I CAUGHT HIM GOING THROUGH MY CUPBOARDS LOOKING FOR A CUP FOR WATER WITHOUT ASKING FIRST. I ALSO SAW HIM GOING THROUGH OUR COLLECTION OF BOOKS AND TAKE ONE INTO THE RESTROOM WITH HIM. ALSO, HE DID NONE OF THE WORK AND ONLY YELLED AT HIS ASSISTANT SO THERE WAS REALLY NO POINT TO HIM BEING THERE. HE WAS NICE BUT UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I FELT AS THOUGH I HAD TO STAY BY HIS SIDE THE ENTIRE TIME, SINCE HE BASICALLY HELPED HIMSELF TO SOME OF OUR POSSESSIONS. ALSO, THE WEBSITE QUOTED FLAT RATES FOR COUCHES AND I WAS CHARGED MUCH MORE THAN THE FLAT RATE. I WAS CHARGED PER FOOT, WHICH WAS ALSO NOT ADVERTISED IN WHAT I LOOKED AT.

WE HAVE A 3 WEEK OLD INFANT AND 2 BIG DOGS WHO HAD JUST COME IN FROM RUNNING AROUND IN THE MUD AND THEN JUMPED ON THE LIVING ROOM SOFA AND CHAIRS. WE NEEDED SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE SOFA AND CHAIRS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I CALLED SEVERAL OF THE UPHOLSTERY CLEANERS ON THE LIST AND JOHNNY ON THE SPOT WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO, DESPITE HAVING A FULL SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK, WAS WILLING TO SQUEEZE ME IN AFTER HEARING THE CIRCUMSTANCES. VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, DEAL DIRECTLY WITH OWNER, VERY RELIABLE AND RESPONSIVE.

ON TIME, VERY POLITE, KNEW TYPES OF RUGS I HAD, AND QUICK TURN AROUND TIME.

TEAM WAS 2 HOURS LATE FOR APPOINTMENT, BUT DID A GOOD JOB OF CALLING TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF THEIR DELAYS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
