We are happy with the finished product and ultimately that is what matters. We feel they did a quality job at a reasonable price. We have only had these new gutters for a month so we cannot speak for the longevity of the work, but so far so good.
Mark, the owner, was polite, friendly, and responsive and really seemed to care about the quality of his work. He even came back (at no charge) when they thought they were done because we asked them to re-do a portion of the fascia boards that were not done to our liking (a visual fix; nothing to do with the quality of the original work).
The gutter/downspout crew was friendly and efficient. The only negative was the poor job of cleaning up before leaving. When removing the metal straps that were securing our old downspouts to the masonry wall, he did not do a thorough job and left a few major and very sharp pieces sticking out from our wall. We were able to trim them ourselves but many were at head-level of our three year old which could have been dangerous.
The fascia crew was not easy to communicate with. He was defensive over simple questions, rude to our neighbors, and seemed generally unfriendly. Additionally, he left garbage (banana peels, empty water bottle) on our front lawn for two consecutive days. This crew also did not do a very thorough job of cleaning up the site after the work was complete. I have been sweeping up nails (new and old) for weeks since they left.
The bottom line is that we are happy with the end result. We would definitely consider using this company again based on quality and price but would insist that they do a better job of cleaning up when they are done.

I am and architect and a builder and have dealt with many sub-contractors over the years. My experience with Mark Pareti of Joe Pareti Company was outstanding from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with, professional, timely and I was completely satisfied with the quality of his aluminum installations. Mark even offered suggestions on alternate locations for the downspouts that would improve the drainage around the house. In his proposal to me he stated that repair and replacement of the existing rotted fascias would be an extra, but ended up doing this work and did not charge me for it.
I would strongly recommend them.

I had birds nesting in my gutter due to a gap left in the gutter guard after a new roof was installed. I called Pareti Co and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time, inspected the problem and said they could take care of it immediately. There was a problem with reaching the gutter due to a fence but they worked around that, cleaned a large nest from the gutter and reattached the gutter properly to the roof.
It was a small job, under one hour but I am grateful that they took care of it quickly. No more sparrows nesting in my gutter!

We have used them several times. They came right away. They held to their estiamte. They did above and beyond the job that was asked them to. They always do really great work and they finish their work. It was a really good price compared to other people.

It was an outstanding experience.

After we agreed on a price, the crew arrived in about three days and began work. They arrived early every day and put in a full day's work. They removed the old gutters and wooden siding and installed the new gutters and downspouts. We had Raindrop leaf covers put on the gutters. They added insulation and Tyvek housewrap before installing the vinyl siding. The crew was efficient, courteous and reliable. We had several conversations about placement of downspouts, etc. They were always attentive to our input. They left the work site in excellent condition --- all scraps picked up. My wife and I were very pleased with the results, as were several of our neighbors.
