"Thank you [Member Name Removed] and it was pleasure to work with you as well."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed] for your review and your continuing work with our company"
"Sorry you feel that way [Member Name Removed] but I did call that day on the number provided. I also called 3 other online leads that day and no one responded. I'm not sure why these Angie's List online estimate requests are unresponsive. Also, next time please feel free to call our office for quicker and sure reply, because I believe we haven't gotten any calls or messages from you, therefore if you haven't made serious effort for contacting us, then there is no reason for this inaccurate "vent out" review."
"I disagree with this review and I think the grading is inaccurate and dishonest for this situation. We might not deserve an A but definitely not the worst F. As the owner, project manager and the only estimator at our company, my biggest priority is with the owners of the project at hand. On July 3rd during my last appointment which was right before [Member Information Removed] s appointment. I was called in by the owner of the project which we were working on to come by and go over few things before they left town so we could resume and keep working after the 4th while they were out of town. As soon as we finished talking I asked our office to call Linda and let her know of our schedule change. Because of this last minute change we offered to accommodate any time or date for rescheduling which would include even later that same day. I'm honestly not sure what else we could do to be more courteous in this situation. In construction industry things can come up in the last minute and with this situation we had almost immediate response and notification for Linda with the plan change but I guess that still wasn't enough."
"Hello [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry that you feel this way about our company. But I did want to clarify our situation; you initially called us regarding chimney repair but upon arrival we learned there was nothing wrong with and that it was just an old, local channel TV antenna that was broken in half and hanging off the roof still attached by the cable. At that time I did explain this wasn't masonry issue and would be a very easy fix by any maintenance type contractor or perhaps even a friendly neighbor. I also mentioned I would look into potentially sending our crew to handle this but after later review, I realized this would an expansive service call with using our masons to handle issue, therefore I did not want to offend you with our minimum $250 service call for something that would take 10min to fix, it just wouldn't be fair. Again, my deepest apologies and I should have reconnected with you to clarify that you have selected the wrong trade for this scope of work."
They were very prompt in returning the initial phone call. The owner's son made the estimate and assessment of the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my problem. Everyone else gave us the worst case scenario and were "outrageous" in the analysis of the problem and remedy. These people were to the point. They made arrangements for the scaffolding; put up same; made repairs and replacements; took everything down; cleaned and carted everything away. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would call them again. The parapet work they completed was over 70 feet above the pavement. It appeared they knew what they were doing and I am very happy.
