Tuck-pointing, chimney repair, cornice work, sidewalks, steps, restored widow headers/sills, replaced brick, restored exterior foundation. Very skilled crew, responsive, thorough & professional. I received multiple quotes and they were the most competitively priced. Highly recommend.

J&P is an excellent, honest, and hard working company. They were honest in the assessment and gave more than a fair price. It's a busy time in construction and it rained constantly. So they just had to keep coming back and they did. I highly recommend you hire them and you wont regret it.

The common brick in the back of the house needed tuck pointing. One wall in particular was in bad shape as rain water from the second floor roof had, over time, worked its way down that side. Another solid rated masonry company bid the job with a strong recommendation to remove a bunch of rows of brick and to replace them. They also noted the need for me to use a roofer to install a gutter on that side. Paul was certain that wall could be returned to great shape with a few bricks changed and a serious amount of grind it out tuck pointing. After discussion he also noted his people would install a 3 inch stainless solid extension and support to the thin lip of flashing over that wall. They did the flashing and serious amounts of grind it out tuck pointing on that wall and the one on the other side (South and North). They also tuck pointed and replaced a few bricks on the East wall which was not in too bad a condition. They came as scheduled - worked well - cleaned up - etc. Paul checked on my satisfaction with the work and I was satisfied and pleased.

These guys were the first ones to answer my request for a quote. Their price was very good and they sent a crew of 4 and finished the job in one day. They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well. Would definitely use them again

The project went and looks great. Everyone is very happy with the results. Pawel was very timely and always responsive to our inquiries. We have several owners in the building with several different opinions. Due to changing requirements, we had at least 2 onsite visits and 2 more visits to measure and re-measure when the design changed. I'm sure we were fairly high maintenance. The crew was very professional and did great work. Things to keep in mind before the process: 1) Start the bidding process in the spring so you can get the work done early summer and avoid the late summer rush. It's always a rush to get the work done before the winter with enough time for it to cure. 2) We had a top landing and some owners wanted a specific design that required a re-measure and delayed the project. If you have specific design/aesthetic requirements, communicate those upfront so they can be included in the original measurements.

Paul was responsive, and on time for the job. Work was expertly done. Existing stone was cleaned as well. Looks like a brand new entry.

Team was fantastic. Price for work at our condo building was highest of 3 bids BUT that is because the approach and techniques used for the work were of higher standards and best practices- meaning we won't be revisiting the problems for many years to come. Highly recommend.

We had nagging leaks in our garage, which sits below a deck off our house. There were noticeable cracks in masonry all around that part of the house. Pawel made assessment and we agreed on estimate, which included correcting a component of the construction that was not to proper masonry standards that was likely big cause leaking. Pawel and his guys came out and did the initial work. After work completed, my inspection found some missed areas where I wanted work done. Without question, Pawel had his guys come again and touch up. With job completed, payment was made. First rain then came since patching job and, while marked improvement in stopping leaks in garage, we still had some drops coming in. Pawel came out second time and inspected areas that could be source of continued leaks. Pawel had his guys come out again and patched some suspected areas at no additional cost. Next rain, complete stoppage of leaking. Job well done to our satisfaction without hassle or questioning of work done. Pawel was very nice and made sure we were completely satisfied.

The project went very smooth. They came in with the best price and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs masonry work.

J&P performed masonry work for us, actually they rebuild chimney and some spot tuck-pointing on the wall, Paul was very nice , polite & price was good, his crew was on time and they finished chimney in one day.

Excellent work, amazing service. Really well done. Even came back and pressure washed the entire area (I wasn't expecting that). They cared about doing a great job, and it shows. Expect scheduling to take a while - but it's certainly worth the wait.

Excellent quality work at an extremely reasonable price. Cleaned up everyday. Communicated work plan well and basically stuck to plan well. Finished within timeframe originally discussed. Would definitely use again and have already referred to others.
