Good and fast job

Great personal treatment.

On Sept 17, 2020 I used this company for a concrete patio. It cost me almost $4000. After getting rain in November, I contacted Jose to let him know that water was just sitting on 2 of the 4 slabs. Which meant they were not pitched. Jose said he would come out but never did nor did he contact me again. Then on April 12, 2021, I contacted him again to let him know that each slab has 2 cracks from top to bottom. He said he would be out in 1 1/2 weeks. He did not show but called on 5-5-21 to say he would be out in a week. He still has not shown up nor have I heard from him. I havent even been on the patio due to summer not arriving yet and I got it in September. I would not recommend this company as they are not standing behind their work. BUYER BE AWARE UPDATE 6-24-21 After posting the Review J & J Construction did come out and they re did the concrete to my satisfaction. Thanks Home Advisor for posting my review. Please use at your discretion.

The annual contract was reasonably priced, but beyond that Jose’s crews are dependable, courteous and efficient. I ask for the work to be done in a certain manner and they followed the request on all snow falls. Will hire in an annual basis.

We (Bil-Mar Management) have hired J and J Construction and Renovation for a wide range of projects including snow removal for 15 buildings, new window installation for 2 large multi-tenant buildings, and a large demo and new concrete patio for another large multi-unit building. J and J has been professional for every project, provided great results with reasonable pricing, and always finishes on time and keeps us in the loop.

Jose has been doing the snow removal for the parking lot, driveway, and sidewalk of our large condominium building for the past 4 years. He has done an excellent job.

Jose is great to work with for snow removal. They remove the snow before my business opens and do a thorough job.

No one came by to shovel the snow! Despite the paid-up contract and verifying with them the night before. Three people are legal witnesses that snow existed and J and J construction and renovation never came by to shovel the snow. The company does not respond to calls.

This company did a very fine job, will call back when I have another project which will be soon, a patio area needed to be concrete they did a wonderful job.

We hired J & J Construction for tuckpointing. In my opinion, it was a huge project but J & J's crew/workers were very professional and understanding of our neighbor's needs. They finished the project in good time. In addition, we had no problems with follow-ups. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jose and his team did a wonderful job on our backyard concrete path. It is really a piece of art with great detail taken. Price was reasonable as well.

I called Jose for an estimate as I needed to replace the front concrete steps. He was honest and helpful. He was able to use the original railings which saved me from having to get new ones. He also put in a patio in the back which I love. So do the dogs as I find them sun bathing on it. Jose and his crew were efficient, professional and worked fast. When done with the jobs they cleaned everything up. I am definitely referring J&J Construction to my friends and will use them again.

These men built porch stairs using screws, not nails, layed a concrete sitting area that was just fine! would call them when I have something else for them.

They did high quality, very thorough work for a reasonable price. They also did a very nice job cleaning up the site after the work was completed.

Had a great experience, completely tore down my old concrete porch and walkway. Formed and poured new concrete porch and finished in the same day. Cleaned up the area and saved and reinstalled my hand rails. I've gotten many compliments.

Great job. Had new patio put in along with sidewalks replaced. Price was very reasonable, and quality was outstanding.all in all was a great experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone getting concrete replaced or adding a patio. Going to hirer them to do a new fence soon.

Jose and his crew was amazing. I called and he came out to inspect the property the same day. I told him what i needed done and he gave me two options of doing the job with two different prices. One option came with a warranty and the other option didn't. I love the fact that had two options to work with my budget. When the job was completed it looked like a brand new building. I strongly encourage everyone to use their services for your home repair.

I am highly pleased with J&J Construction. His work is excellent. His workers clean up after themselves. His prices are comparable and affordable. I will use J&J Construction for another project I am considering very soon. No problms with J&J to date.
