Ivan's Custom Interiors

Ivan was able to complete to work in a very short amount of time, so I could quickly lease the townhome to tenants.  Ivan was very professional, honest, trustworthy, and skillful.  My Realtor had  originally recommend Ivan.  One of the best things about all of this is that Ivan has a broad range of skills, so he was able to do all of the work himself... instead of having to subcontract out the work or having me working with multiple contractors.  I was very pleased with the outcome.  You could never tell that the townhome had significant plumbing issues since he fixed the sources of the problems and repaired all of the damage.  He did not cut corners either unlike some former contractors hired by Fannie Mae that had fixed earlier plumbing issues before my purchase of the property.  I will definitely be calling Ivan again if I have repair or remodeling work.  It's very comforting knowing that someone with Ivan's broad skills is available in the city of Chicago... and priced reasonably too!

Nails and screws were removed.  All holes were patched.  A large wall crack was repaired (can't tell it was ever there).  The paint job was outstanding -- the edge between ceiling and wall was flawless.    He was on-time Friday and finished while I was out of town for the weekend.
