Awesome. Stefan and Crew gave me a great price and quality work. They did everything they said they would do and they did it on time. The clean up was great. My yard and house were sportless afer they left. Great attention to detail all around. I would highly recommend Stefan and his company. A # 1.

I actually work in the commercial real estate industry and work with several GCs and various trades in my "day" job. I've found Inventive Construction to be as professional and quality focused as any of the so called "big players". Inventive Construction, under the on-hands guidance of Stefan, excels in: Project management - the schedule is agreed up front with the client and then schedule and scope is adhered to (what a relief!); Cost management - realistic estimates of cost are again agreed up front with the client and tightly managed. With any home project, there is the risk of unknown issues that can drive up the costs and/or there is scope creep - Stefan controls the costs and at the end there aren't surprises - everything has been discussed on the front end or during the project; Quality control - Inventive is literally all about quality. Stefan actually stays with his workers almost continually to ensure that their work meets his high standards. He literally is the only contractor in several years of home projects who has ever called days after the project has been finished/paid for to see if there are any new punch list items . Wow!

I met Mr Kukuk from a referral of someone else working on my house. After that, i realized, I never need to know anyone else. He is an amazing contractor. He is prompt, considerate and thoughtful. he is experienced and will guide a 'novice' from doing any remodelling that may not work. He also cares about the bottom line, he does not want it to be too expensive for you and he keeps to what the agreed price is, even if it ultimately cost him more or he had to spend more time than an expected. He is extremely honest and is a pleasure to work with. How many times is it that you become friends with a contractor by the end of a project. He is smart and creative and can help guide you and work within your budget. I renovated an old townhouse and basically redid every room in this house. He made it a home that I love.

This could not have been a better working relationship and the work -- all of the work -- is carefully done and beautiful. Stefan was on time and on site every day. He answered all of our many calls immediately. He was good natured about our frequent changes -- very easy to work with in every way. He thought of every detail in advance and prepared for it. His workers were careful with out house and always cleaned up before leaving. Since the remodel was completed we have asked Stefan to do many other projects in the house.
