Their work was awful and pricing was way more than it should've cost. Dishonest management and poor craftsmanship, I implore you to steer clear.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Inter City Maintenance! It was diving intervention that I met this a lovey lady that referred them to me! She said they do a great job and are honest, and she was right! I had been looking for a long time for a company to do some major remodeling in my condo for much needed work. Pan came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. Tosi and his crew were a blessing to me. They were very professional, worked hard, showed up everyday (M-F) when they said they would, communicated well with me, asked if I had any questions especially when an issue came up (and there were many unexpected ones), discussed what needed to be done, and did a great job. They purchased the items that were unexpectedly needed, and I reimbursed them for those. They moved my furniture, covered everything with plastic and covered the floors so they wouldn't scratch them. Every day they cleaned up after themselves, and asked if I had any questions and to look around and to let them know if everything looked okay so far. Tosi said he wanted me to be happy with the work and the end results, and I am extremely happy!! I am happy with their commitment to doing a great job, sticking with the job until it was finished, which they did! I needed a lot of work, every room/ceiling needed some plastering, and painting, they put in new kitchen tile (a beautiful job), replaced all the electrical outlets with modern ones, new kitchen faucet, had an electrician move my breaker box, and many other items that came up were done with no problem. Many year ago I had a contractor do terrible work and dragged the job out for months. Inter City Maintenance fixed everything correctly and professionally and in a more timely manner than I ever expected!! They were very detailed in all their work. I am so pleased with their exceptional work to detail and getting all my work done so quickly. They are indeed a great company and very honest! I have bragged about them to many people, and some in my building have already contacted them for work. If I need any more work done in my condo, I won't hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend Inter City Maintenance if you need expert remodeling or work done, and a very honest group. You can't go wrong.

Well, Inter City Maintenance did not do that. I was so impressed on the detail that they did on everything and the fact that the work was done in a more than reasonable time than I ever expected. They worked hard everyday and the amount of work I needed was done, in just over two weeks! Bravo to them! I have bragged about the expert workmanship and commitment to making sure I was happy with the end results, to anyone that tells me they are looking for a contractor. If I need future work, I will call Inter City Maintenance without hesitation! They went above and beyond my expectations and were committed to doing a great job and were very honest ! They already have people in my building wanting work done by them. If you are needing an excellent company to do any work in your home, call them!! I highly recommend Inter City Maintenance!!!

I contacted Inter City for a quote on some work in a condo in which they have an office.  The initial response was timely and they completed the walk through and indicated which services could and couldn't be done according to association specs.  I contacted them a few weeks later when I had decided on the exact flooring to be installed (per their instructions).  I gave the information to a woman who answered the phone and she said they'd have a quote to be in a few days and could start work the following week if all was acceptable.  A week went by with no quote so I called them on Friday afternoon.  This time the woman who answered the phone said she saw on the paperwork that the walk through never happened so they couldn't provide a quote.  I told her that was incorrect.  So she looked harder and came back and said that she found the paperwork and we wanted painting and tiling done.  Again, I said that was incorrect. She said she wasn't sure then and would check and call me for sure on Monday.  It's now Wednesday and still no call or quote from them.  As a previous reviewer wrote, they also wasted our time and gave us the run around and did not provide a quote. I can't review their work, because they didn't perform any, as we couldn't even get past the quote stage with them after they told us repeatedly it was coming.  Extremely disappointing!

Came out promptly to assess for a bid and submitted the bid quickly. When I accepted, the came soon and did the work. The job was done neatly. There was a problem with some spots of uneven color; I sent photos in and the supervisor came out to take a look, apologized and within a few days someone was out fixing the problem. I am, overall, pleased with the outcome.

We wanted to sell our condo and were shopping around for a good company. We tried a company that we found through a website and were very disappointed with them. They would systematically show up very late or not show up at all. The workers would leave a mess, and once, even left the door open after they were "supposedly" done for the day. On top of everything, their work as horrible. The tiles in the bathroom were simply crooked. A friend of ours saw our suffering and recommended Pan from Inter City. We called Pan and he responded immediately. He came out the same day. He was very prepared and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even gave us a few very good options of how to improve on the original plan, and we are very happy with the end result. The price he gave us was very reasonable and considerably lower than the first contractor. His workers were extremely professional and polite. Not only did they do a great job on each project, but they would take extra time each day to leave the place in an immaculate state. All the debris was removed daily and the place would be swiped. When the job was finished, my condo was also thoroughly cleaned, saving us the cost of hiring professional help. The great thing about them, also, is that they back up their work with a two year warranty on the labor, but honestly they took care of everything so well that I don't think I will need to call them. I would highly recommend them to do any work. I also should mention that they took care of some extra small handyman jobs that were not included in their proposal at no extra cost. They rule!
